several major issues with this appointment. 1. I filled out my insurance and medical history online in advance and the office said I would have to do it again on paper.
2. the office would not clean my teeth without the records from my previous dentist, which they were unable to get during the appointment time. Even though I talked to the office staff twice before my visit, they did not tell me I would need to take care of this before the appointment.
3. They told me they do not typically do cleanings at the first visit, yet they let me schedule a cleaning (as a new patient) through zocdoc and, again, talked to me twice without mentioning this.
I understand that each office has rules that it needs to follow, but they need to make their policies much more clear to their patients and to zocdoc.

She was very pleasant and professional. She was honest about the state of my teeth without being mean or condescending. Lastly, she was compassionate about my gag reflex, when I was embarrased even admitting it.

Very thorough. On time, no waiting. Checked out my concerns and comforting. Explain what doing as they worked on my teeth - how everything looked. Also thorough with daughter. Accommodating regarding follow up appointments and flexible.

I was seen by the doctor right away. Everything was clearly explained to me during treatment. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful.

The staff is very friendly, very patient answering question. Advising for preventive measure - I know everyone hates going to the dentist, but this is a good experience.
