Dr. Pilones is treating both of boys and she is amazing! Very kind and professional. I'm so thankful we found her! Last week, I brought son in 30 minutes early thinking that we would have to wait, and to my pleasant surprise they took him in within 5 minutes. Also, her staff is efficient, organized and helpful!

Dr. Michelle Pilones attended San Francisco State University where she earned her Bachelors in Physiology and Biochemistry. She worked in the biotechnology field before receiving her dental degree at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Pilones believes in listening to each patient and creating a partnership to educate, maintain and improve lifelong health. She provides her patients a comprehensive list of dental treatments ranging from preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Other services include teeth whitening, clear aligners, laser gum therapy and implant tooth restorations.

She is an amazing Dentist! i just moved to SF from Chicago and needed to find a Dentist. This office is located close to my house so that's a plus. Dr. Pilone has a great bedside manner. I had to get some fillings put in and I did not feel a thing. She listened to me and she was very gentle. I am very happy with the work she did for me.

Dr. Pilones tended to me personally - it is not often that dentists perform the actual cleaning so I was very surprised to be seen by her. She explained everything very clearly and also made great recommendations on next steps. Her assistant Claudia took several minutes of her time to explain my insurance coverage and helped me maximize my benefits while not compromising my health. A very relaxed experience. I really appreciate the way she explained what she was doing and how I can modify my brushing habits to be less harsh on my gums. Dr. Pilones was really friendly and resourceful. She was constantly giving me tips on how I can improve my oral health, and I learned quite a few things from her. Going in, I was worried that my permanent retainers might come off during the cleaning, but she was very careful as well. Would definitely recommend. (There was a bike rack, like 10 seconds away in front of a hair salon, for anyone who might be biking there)

I put off going to the dentist for SO long because I hate the scraping.
Dr. Pilones was incredible. It was the least discomfort I've ever felt during a dentist appointment, she taught me a lot about my teeth, and she was so much fun to talk to. I'm gonna keep going to her as long as I live in the Bay Area.

Dr. Pilones might be the best dentist I've ever had! She was very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. You can tell that she really cares for her patients and even gave me tips and advice on how to better care of my teeth! She also spotted some issues from my braces (leftover cement) which my other dentists have looked over.

Dr. Pilones was so incredibly kind, gentle, and understanding. I have not been to the dentist in almost 10 years. I was terrified to go to the dentist, but Dr. Pilones was so sweet, and she explained everything she was doing. I never felt like she was pushing treatments or judging me. She honestly cares about your health and doing what is best for your smile. And the office is absolutely beautiful! And Dr. Lam at the front desk was very professional and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I travel for work weekdays and it's difficult for me to get my dental checkups while travel. I did some search on Zocdoc to see if there are any dentists working during weekends or weeknights.Then I found Dr.Michelle Pilones and made an appointment.
My first impression with her dentistry was that it doesn't look like a dental office. It looks like a cool and hip coworking space which you can feel relaxed while working.
The check in was easy and fast with the help of an office manager Bora Lam who is funny and resourceful.
Then Dr. Pilones performed an X-Ray and gave me deep teeth cleaning. The best part is this was my first time that I did not have to be numb when getting my teeth cleaned. It was painless. There was no breeding. My teeth felt clean.
She is by far one of the best dentists that I have ever had.

Dr. P is your best choice for a dentist. I've never had a more gentle cleaning. She really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is okay. She offered water, tea, and a blanket. When an unexpected fee came up she was sure to double check with me before proceeding. I highly recommend!

I am so happy I found Ocean Breeze Dentistry! I was nervous about getting my teeth cleaned because I have a few sensitive teeth and unfortunately I've had bad experiences with dental pain in the past with other dentists. Dr. Pilones was gentle and explained exactly what she was doing which made me feel better knowing what to expect. She did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth and best part was it didn't hurt at all! I had a tooth that also needed a filling and she made sure I wasn't feeling any pain during every step of the process. The office is beautiful, modern, and clean. Complimentary water and tea was also a nice bonus. My appointment was on a Saturday around noon- there was ample street parking. Definitely recommended!!
