1 star because they tried to upsell me Invisilign several times, even though I repeatedly stated that it was not a good idea unless the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon that I was seeing changed his mind. I recognize that I have a bad bite, which is why I am seeing an OMS for double jaw surgery. I will need traditional wired braces to prepare my teeth specifically for surgery, not Invisilign for standard teeth straightening. It would be a waste at best and harmful at worst towards progress and preparation for surgery. I wish they took my first 'no' seriously instead of continuing to push. They even went as far as taking additonal scans, to show what Invisilign would do, which I never okayed because I was never on the fence about it. It makes me uneasy that they upsold me on other potential wasteful procedures.
