He didn't clean my teeth! I was in there for maybe 10 minutes, and he brushed my teeth and told me that I was good to go. I hadn't had my teeth professionally cleaned in over a year, so I knew that there was more to do. I think he looks for big problems (ie cavities, infections, etc), and if he sees nothing, he thinks you're golden. I tried to get him to do a little more, but he resisted. I was really looking forward to a good thorough checkup, and I feel completely unsatisfied.
The only upside was that, unlike many other doctors' offices in NYC, I didn't wait at all. His assistant was very nice and prompt. Two thumbs up for her. Otherwise, look elsewhere for a doctor..

The hours are great especially for a last minute appointment. The office is really small and hosts multiple doctors, so at times I felt really overwhelmed & crowded. Although my cleaning was "subpar" ( considering what I'm used to in NC) the staff was super friendly & accommodating .

It was a very good appointment. Just as easy as the first time. Very talent Dr. He truly does care about his patients and listens to them. What I love the most is the way he treats his patients and even though its far away for me its worth the trip. I recommend this doctor to anyone I can and Zocdoc as well.

I went to resolve a mouth pain that wasn't attended to. Instead he told me that there was nothing wrong, but I still have pain and trouble eating.

I came to Dr. Billah for a routine examination and cleaning.
The office is pretty run-down, with dirty chairs, walls, and floors. The equipment seems antiquated - the X-ray chair even has some of the padding seeping through holes in the chair cover.
Upon arrival, I filled out some of the paperwork and had X-Rays done of my teeth. I then proceeded to wait for Dr. Billah. The doctor arrived over 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. He then eyeballed the X-Rays of my teeth in rapid succession, giving each one about a second of his attention. He didn't even to bother putting the X-Rays up on a light-table, so I'm not sure how he could see anything on these inch-size dark prints. Finally, he gave me a cursory examination and a 2-minute cleaning.
I feel as though my time was wasted and I didn't get sufficient attention/treatment from the Dr. Billah. He seems like a nice guy, but I would not recommend visiting his office.
