I've always been afraid of the dentist, but Dr. Monica and her staff made me feel very comfortable. Her staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Monica has been in the dental field for over 25 years. While attending high school she worked as a dental assistant. She then attended Northwestern University where she received her dental hygiene degree. After working as a hygienist for 5 years she went back to dental school.She attended both Loyola and Marquette Universities. After receiving her dental degree she went on to work with our Veteran's at the Lakeside Veterans Hospital. She started her own practice in 1996 and today has over 2000 patients. She is fluent in Spanish. Her practice is located in River Forest, IL. Where she lives with her husband George and two children. She accepts all PPO Dental Insurances, but is only In-Network with Delta Dental, Guardian, and MetLife.

Awsome first visit! She explained to me the procedure before we started on my crown. Her front desk staff helped me understand my dental insurance benefits. Would recommend her office to family and friends.

I had a great visit with Dr. Monica. I never had a filling done before and when she told me that I needed one I was veyr nervous! When I went in for my appointment I didn't feel a thing. I was very satisfied with how fast the procedure went. All the staff was wonderful.

Very knolageable! Will deffnatley try all recomendations! I felt very comfortable expressing my concerns, it makes things easier knowing the doctor is fluent in Spanish!

My visit at SanStar Dental was absolutely fabulous. Everybody was very nice & had a lot of patience with me. I am going to need a lot more treatment done & I am not worried at all about going back to their office because they are awesome!
