from the time I booked my appointment the office was great. They let me email my insurance card for verification to make sure I could be seen. The office is gorgeous. The staff is wonderful. Dr Rafie was great. Will definitely be making this my new dentist office.

I was very anxious and he put me at ease. He is very thorough and explained everything that he was found and why. I've never had a dentist spend so much time explaining things and asking if I had questions!

We realize that even under the best of circumstances going to the dentist can be an anxiety producing event. We are all the more aware of the added stress going to a new dental office can produce. To help alleviate some of this stress, we incorporate humor into our treatment when ever possible.
Proper dental care is a team approach. For you to take an active role in your treatment I feel it is my duty to educate you as much as possible about your dental condition and needs. Then, and only then, can we as a team decide on the treatment that is most appropriate for you.

Beautiful office, friendly staff, and an all around pleasant experience. I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival at the office, and Dr. Bass was very good about explaining everything he did. I will absolutely be returning for any future dental work and checkups!

I was disappointed that Dr. Bass acted as if I had never been to visit him before. He said "nice to meet you" and "has your previous dentist been watching any spots in your teeth?". I have been seeing him for over a year and was very confused why he did not know this information. I don't expect him to remember me, but I do expect him to have a file with my information telling him about my teeth and that I have been to see him multiple times. This was disappointing.

Dr. Bass does all the work himself - no hygienist. Not a modern office, but Dr. Bass knows his stuff and is a great doctor. Not well staffed from my perspective, and had some insurance questions about a procedure that weren't answered prior to my appointment. Experience was OK.

Dr. Bass provided a quick yet thorough dental exam while taking the time to explain what he was doing as well as give me tips for proper oral care post-visit. I was thinking I may have to shop around for a dentist since moving to Boston, but I enjoyed my visit so much I'll definitely go back to Dr. Bass.

I'm usually extremely nervous when I visit the dentist, that's why I don't go often! But, after searching through dentist listings in the Boston area, I think I might have found the right one. He's the nicest dentist I've met, very polite, friendly, and gentle. Even though I could hear the scraping of my teeth whilst cleaning, it still was a pleasant experience. Thank you!
