My visit with Dr. Zayzafoon and staff went very well. My wait time was less than 20 minutes and Dr. Zayazafoon was very informative . She explained the procedure to me in detail because I was very nervous and assured me I would be ok. After the procedure was completed I had minimal pain and the next day I received a call from her staff checking on me. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends seeking dental work.

Every visit with Dr. Zayzafoon is pleasant. As a dentist she always greats me with a smile and makes sure I’m comfortable during procedure. She always make sure that I’m doing good whether it’s to play a movie to entertain me while I wait or just stoping so I can relax my jaw. I would always recommend Dr. Zayzafoon and her wonderful staff especially Maria to anyone that needs serious dentist work or even just a cleaning. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could!

It was wonderful meeting Dr. Zayzafoon and her staff. However, I did not feel like my teeth were checked very thoroughly compared to my last dentist. My last dentist would use a metal tool to see how "soft" parts of my teeth were - an indication that there IS or there will eventually be a cavity. Additionally, my last dentist had a special tool that gave audio feedback as to how deep parts of your teeth were - again, an indication that there is or there will eventually be a cavity. Dr. Zayzafoon also did not scrape plaque off of my teeth, but just polished them.

My visit was fine, the dr. was great in every aspect but the offices billing department waited three months to bill my insurance after my visit? I had left the job I had insurance through at the time of my visit and instead of contacting me about the issue they just sent me a bill which I found bit absurd. I called to complain and their office manager did follow up with me a few days later saying she would look into straightening it out and I never heard anything again.

The dentist and technicians here are very sweet. I always arrive 10-15 minutes before medical appointments, and when I come here they are usually able to get me to a chair as soon as I arrive, even before my appointment time. They don't rush through answering my questions, were considerate of my tooth sensitivity, and didn't make me feel ashamed about anything going on with my teeth or my inability financially to do all of the recommendations they made (which, to be clear, were not "overkill" or unnecessary in my opinion).

I had not been to a dentist since moving to Chicago and was unsure how to go about finding one. When I saw her reviews I was excited to finally find a dentist! I have gone past the location many times and was slightly unsure by the look of it on the outside- but once I got there the staff was friendly and helpful. She was the most gentle tooth cleaning and had nicest bedside manner!

Dr. Nada was great. I feel like this visit was even better than the last because the dental assistant Natalie was much more competent than the previous person. Dr. Nada is thorough. She really knows her stuff and has an amazing bedside manner. Definitely going back!

I love Dr. Z….there is something about her that is so calming and reassuring. I know that no one likes the dentist and I am one of those people but she makes me comfortable with it….as well as my kids. I travel at least 15-20 miles one way to see her and I wouldn't change that at all!!
