Lais out a treatment plan and estimated timeliness for proceeding. There was no pain other than a small price when she dead-end the work area. She.gave me a heads-up before each step and laid out how Insurance was going to pay and how that impacted her treatment plan. was very pleased and informed.

Very clean location, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Dr.Vos explained exactly what was going to happen and why. One of the ladies at the front gave a really thorough breakdown of my treatment plan, and answered any other questions I had. I'll definitely finish up all my upcoming dental work here.

The office is beautiful. The reason for my low score is because I went in 45 minutes early and I was the only patient in the lobby. I checked in with the front office staff. I sat for 40 minutes before another patient walked in. So they weren't busy for the wait time. I was called in by a very friendly but professional dental hygienist who also basically took the x-rays. I don't know if they don't/didn't have dental Assistant working that day to make the process a little bit faster. The doctor I felt was very rushed. She spent less than 5 minutes with me and wanted to just start treatment. I wasn't too fond of that. The Dental hygienist was great!!!!!
