Dr. Natasha Lisin-Queen, Originally from St. Louis, MO, I received my B.S. in biology from Maryville University in 2003. I then moved to Boston, MA where I attended Boston University Golman School of Dental Medicine. After obtaining my DMD degree in 2007, I went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the Louis Stokes VA of Cleveland, OH.
I believe in providing great dental care through patient education and compassion. Most importantly, I believe in treating people with dignity and respect. In my spare time, I love fishing and most importantly, spending time with my husband and two sons, Michael and Jacob.

This was first visit. I saw Dr. Edwards. The staff there was very friendly and very pleasant. I am very scared of a dentist because of a very bad experience with another dentist and they welcome my fear and told me that they will very easy with me and talk to me on every step they were going to do. I really enjoyed all the staff who worked with me today.

The person who took my X rays was opinionated and rude. Should not work with the public. The dentist doesn't listen to your concerns. Does not prescribe medication that helps. She rushes you out of the office.

I arrived and checked in on time at the desk. I sat and waited for my scheduled filling for 30 minutes. I was finally called back and was asked about my pain. Then the assistant (?) went to ask the doctor something, when she came back the doctor was with her. The doctor proceeded to examine my teeth that I needed fixed. She poked and used the cold air, causing pain. She then said that I need to schedule an appointment at a later time, because we did not have the time. I had called and emailed the office the day before to make sure they understood I needed a filling. I had assumed it was a cavity filling appointment, not just another "check up".

I thought the dentist and her staff were awesome!! They were friendly-jovial.. And took the time to explain everything to me (charges and issues with my teeth) it was painless and I finally feel like i found my dentist! They share the office with an oral surgeon- so it seems as though people that came in after you are going before you, but thats not the case... Great experience!!

A consult was billed as an examination. When I came back for the examination, I was told that it would have to be out of pocket since I already had my exam. I called my insurance company and I was told they screwed up.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Office very clean and sanitary. Everything was covered with protective covers, instruments were in sealed pouches, and everyone wore gloves. Payments were explained to me before any procedures were done. Was told what to expect and given choices on procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Alison-Queen to everyone.
