About Dr. Victoria Hovancik
Dr. Victoria Hovancik grew up in Atlanta, GA. Seeing the dramatic transformation of her own smile with braces when she was a young girl ignited her passion for dentistry. She earned her undergraduate degree at New York University then continued her journey in New York, earning her DDS from NYU College of Dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Victoria completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, where she further honed her skills in comprehensive patient care. She remains committed to staying at the forefront of the latest advancements in dentistry by regularly engaging in continuing education courses. Dr. Victoria is also an active member of the Georgia Dental Association (GDA).
Changing patients’ perceptions of dental care and helping them achieve beautiful, healthy smiles is at the heart of Dr. Victoria’s practice. She takes pride in her attentive chairside manner and believes in the importance of truly listening to her patients, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their dental journey. Her dedication to creating a comfortable and positive experience has helped countless patients overcome dental anxiety and achieve their oral health goals.

I made this appointment at 1 AM because my son was having a toothache and I wanted him to be seen the very next day. I called to confirm my appointment and the nurse was very kind. When we arrived, they were expecting us. All of our forms were filled out. We went to the back. The nurse was nice. The dentist was nice. Everyone wanted us to feel comfortable. I will definitely be referring and returning.

My experience with Dr. Victoria and staff at J&J Dental was professional, positive, and stress free. They explained procedures thoroughly and addressed my concerns with remarkable empathy.

Unfortunately I missed a phone call from the office asking me to confirm my appointment. I showed up for my appointment at the scheduled time only to find out that I drove an hour for nothing because they gave my appointment to someone else.
I had received numerous text messages from zocdoc telling me that I had an appointment so I never questioned the possibility that I would not be seen.
When I mentioned that to the front desk they said ‘oh those are automated messages’ ok!? Poor business practice.
What I learned is that I will not choose an office that is a single provider.
Fortunately my visit was not an emergency.

I really liked this office. They have tons of payment plans and everyone was nice as soon as I walked in the door. I appreciate not feeling judged for my teeth. A lot of other dentist offices, judge you without knowing everything and I just really appreciate the warmness in this office. I will be having them as my dentist office from now on.

Great dental experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good dentist. The hygienist, Molly cleaned my teeth in a flash. Treatment plan made very clear and explained the Insurance process which I'm clueless to.
Can't wait to go back for dental work and routine follow-ups.

My experience today was amazing from the Courtesy Call from dear Maria; the front Desk dear Star helping me with my Dental insurance and guide me to arrive to the Dental Office ; the Dental Assistant dear April sharing thoughts and experience with Dry Mouth and professional and knowledgeable Dr. Victoria who address my concerns in the best possible way and helping me navigate the treatment options. I would be give them more than 5 ??????????STARS for their exceptional job. I look forward to see them again in the near future to begin my treatment.
