I love the fact that Dr. Phatak is open on the weekends! For busy people like me that work full time all week do not have time to take care of doctor's appointments on the weekdays, this is so important. Dr. Phatak was extremely professional and personable at the same time. He explained everything thoroughly and never once did I feel rushed which is rare in this day amongst physicians. I would recommend him to anyone.

I thought Dr. Phatak was extremely nice and knowledgable. I was able to get in right away as a new patient, and he knew what I was there for when he came in the room. What I liked best, however was that he discussed a plan of action that was realistic for me, especially financially. Even though I have a lot of work that needs to be done, he didn't just do a bunch of procedures that I wouldn't be able to pay for at the time.

Dr. Phatak was exceptional! He thoroughly explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. During the work he explained what he was doing and warned me when it wa going to hurt. I am a single mom and brought my 7 year old - everyone in the office talked to him and made it apparent there was no issue he was there. This will definitely be my permanent dentist from now on!

To start off I was derelict in not seeing a dentist in 6 years, I came in looking for implants, expecting to lose more teeth, only because of bad tooth ache. But, Dr. Phatak gave an honest assessment in a very calm, reassuring tone and nonjudgemental. He gave a confident, but realistic statement of working on the cavities I had. He deferred opinion on viability of impacts to the surgeon. Now having nearly completed his work on my teeth the results were excellent given the deteriorated cavities he treated. As, he worked he kept me informed of how he was numbing me, drilling and restoring tooth. He attended to major and minor corrections of filings and stains on my teeth in finishing. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Dr. Phatak was very professional and had a clean office and friendly staff. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and made sure I was completely comfortable. I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist because I have very sensitive teeth, but Dr. Phatak was very gentle and has a calming bedside manner. I was completely comfortable and I really appreciated that he took time to explain my options and any associated co-pays for me. I left feeling clean and confident in my teeth, and I will definitely be coming back to this dentist again!

This is the second time I have seen Dr Neal for a checkup and cleaning. He is a very gentle and caring dentist. He takes time to listen to you and explain what the problems are. I am thinking about doing invisalign but I haven't decided yet between that and braces. I've had crooked teeth for years and noticed that it is starting to get worse, hopefully invisalign can fix that. Last time I had a root canal which was also painless, I give Dr Neal a big thumbs up ! The staff is also very helpful and courteous. The facilities are clean and the music is great. This time I met the hygeneist who cleaned my teeth, she was also very nice and took that time to make sure I was comfortable and painless. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning.

I was seen in literally 10 minutes of me getting into the office, just enough time for me to fill out my new patient forms. Dr. Phatak was absolutely wonderful. He spent a good amount of time asking me questions and answering mine and explaining things to me. I didn't feel rushed at all. He really seemed to care and was trying hard to investigate what was causing my jaw pain even though I was there for a cleaning. Wonderful experience..I will definitely be going back again!
