“My first time visiting this doctor. I waited about 10 minutes before they registered me, the receptionist was pretty nice. Office was very clean. Then about another 20-30 minutes or so to get seen. Staff is very mellow and quite lol don’t talk much unless you ask. Visit went well overall. ”

They do recognize zocdoc when you want to make an appointment. They didn't know I had an appointment because of this

The wait is TOO long, especially for orthodontist who only goes once a month! Good thing is that they're open on Sundays :)
Great dentist. Very nice and knowledgable about my issue. I felt very comfortable and relaxed while at the office.
She's a very nice dentist , would love to see her again if I could avoid the rude unprofessional front desk ladies

Professional staff, however, there was much uncertainty about billing and insurance coverage.
Verified patient
Was good but all the appointments seemed to be made for the same time so the wait was long

Very Friendly and jokified staff

Ever since my first visit, I've always noticed one thing. I would always get told that I need this or that and that my medical plan doesn't cover a certain procedure. I wish the dentists that he has there would stop doing that.
Terrible rushed service. My temporary crown came off after 3 days. I also waited at least two hours before being seen all three times I visited.
Verified patient
I was very lucky to be able to schedule an appointment to be seen as my regular Dentist had no availability and no longer accepts my new insurance. I scheduled my appointment, arrived on time and was told by the front desk that even after arriving on time and completing registration that I would not be seen until after an hour. Registration had to be done on a desktop in the office and I had many issues with this. This method may potentially be a risk of HIPPA as there is a lack of privacy for patient's medical information, many of the patients were elderly and appeared to not be very tech savvy or demonstrate the ability to stand at this computer very long to complete the registration and finally, there were no hand sanitizers provided or displayed near the computer for immediate use. Conveniently, unsanittary. During my wait, several other people were in the waiting room, to the point that a patient's child began to cry because they could not wait any longer. The bilingual staff in office began talking about this patient and child in another language and I believed that to be unprofessional. Though the patient did not understand what was being said about them, I did and did not appreciate this. The staff should be more aware of their surroundings, more empathetic as the wait time was a result of the offices' scheduling and not of the patient's doing, and most importantly, focusing on actually doing their job to reduce the wait times and less chatter about how annoying the patient is being. After my x-rays and cleaning, Dr. Koorosh Shambtoub arrived and we spoke briefly. I do not have complaints about him directly or his work ethic though I wish he had been more personable and patient enough to hear what I had to say. Though I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he may have been overwhelmed. I completely understand that it is busy, however I should not make an appointment only to be immediately told that the wait to see a doctor is for an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Why have that requirement when it is not upheld? A staff member informed me that it is always this busy on weekdays-- If this is in fact the case, I do hope that this office can work to improve waiting times/scheduling as well as overall professionalism. This would result in less vile comments from staff and happier patients. This was not a great experience for me and I will not return. I was hoping to make this office my new Dental office but after this visit, I would not recommend.

Highly irritating. They initially refused to see me because they could not confirm my insurance on a Sunday. They said they do not see any appointments made through ZocDoc. And only because of my persistence an attitude they went ahead and more able to verify my insurance through Aetna via the web. I asked them why they're even on ZocDoc if they don't see the appointments and they claim they have been working to fix it.
Verified patient
The employees are very friendly.

This was not my best visit to his office. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist was out and after waiting for 40 minutes they took X-Rays and told me that I would have to reschedule an appointment for my cleaning. I told them that this was unacceptable and they told me if I didn't want come back for the cleaning I would have to wait. I waited another 30 minutes and the cleaning was the fastest cleaning anyone has ever done on me. I was not pleased.
Verified patient
they don't make you wait long. Very profesional
Verified patient
Visit was very rushed basically only got an xray done. Wasn't able to do my cleaning because the individual had to leave for personal reasons. Now i have to find time to go back just for that..
Long wait but its worth the service.
Verified patient
Love the front desk, they are always very helpful and have smiles on their faces. Dr Shamtoub is great and very professional. The wait time is ridiculous!!
Verified patient
I specified in my appointment request that I needed my wisdom teeth pulled. After my appointment was accepted, I called an hour before to confirm my appointment. I arrrived 20 minutes before my appointment and the doctor was made aware that I was requesting an extraction at the time of my X-Ray. Turns out the oral surgeon was not present and I had to wait until September 5 to remove my infected teeth. Today, I go to another surgeon and the office can't even send my X-ray to the new office.

He is a great Dr. Koorosh was Professional and friendly. I felt right at home. Dr. Koorosh took good care of me. The waiting was suck. Everyone is very friendly, I will definitely keep this office/Dr. Koorosh as my dentist.
Verified patient
As usual the doctor was extremely thorough with a great bed side manner and excellent staff. Unfortunately I had an appointment late in the afternoon and the technician that cleaned my teeth seemed to be in a rush to leave and did not do a spectacular job that I have become accustomed to receiving.
The appointment was very quick and he handled my issue very nicely and professionally. The only problem was the wait time. I spent over 2 hours waiting and only spent about 10 minutes being seen by the DDS. Overall very great, just the wait time that needs improvement.
My Doctor is the only person that could make me after a Root Canal. He is the best Dental Doctor in Canarise my whole family sees him.
