My daughter and I both had appointments at Dr. Berardinelli’s office today. It was a very enjoyable and pleasant visit. We didn’t even wait 5 minutes and we were in the room and meeting with him to examine my daughters teeth. She then got her cleaning and had no cavities so she got her picture taken to be a part of the no cavities club! She was so excited and I can use it as motivation for her until our next appointment!
Then it was my turn, I got my examination from Dr. Berardinelli and a very thorough cleaning, leaving my mouth feeling fresh and clean. I felt like I had a new found confidence in my smile. We have never been so satisfied with a dental practice and would highly recommend Dr. Berardinelli to anyone!

Dr. Nelson Berardinelli was very pleasant an informative. I felt comfortable with him and his procedures, he takes the time to explain everything you want to know. His assistant and front desk staff are very helpful and friendly as they help set up referrals before you even leave the office. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is as nervous as me about going to dentists.

Dr. Berardinelli was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. He graduated from Penn Cambria High School in 1972. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree and graduated with honors from St. Francis College in Loretto, PA in 1976. In 1976 he entered the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 1980.
He has been in a private dental practice since 1980. In 1996, he received the prestigious Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry, which is given to dentists who have completed 500 hours of continuing dental education, as well as passing a rigorous written test. Dr. Berardinelli has also fulfilled all requirements for the Mastership award from the Academy of General Dentistry, which includes an additional 600 hours of dental classes. This is the highest award for continuing dental education the Academy of General Dentistry can give to a dentist. Less than 3% of dentists have achieved Mastership status.
Additionally, on March 25th, 2004, Dr. Berardinelli received a citation from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania House of Representatives for his dedication to the profession and extensive continued education in dentistry.
