When I spoke to someone to make sure of my appointment, I could barely understand her. Then when returning call was connected to Enon Valley when I wanted Greensburg, PA office. Was asked at least 5 times in the office about insurance which I do not have. Show up 15 min prior as requested only to have everyone on lunch break. Dentist seemed distracted because another dentist went home and he was the only one. When I said no root canal, it then went to extraction but he said he didn’t feel confident in extraction because the roots were curved. I could hear them talking prior to him coming in to meet me. He needed to see me and at least two others when workers said they were ready and waiting on him. I felt that he was possibly pulled into too many people to see so I was referred to a surgeon. Would rather find a dental office that is a little more interested in patient with local contacts.
