Everyone was very friendly and I was seen right away. However, I was disappointed that I was charged for “special cleaning” without even checking with my insurance provider to try to get it covered.

As a thorough, compassionate, and detail-oriented dentist, Dr. Ney Neshan helps patients smile more brightly and offers procedures including root canal, fillings, dentures, bridges, partials, crowns, extractions/complicated extractions, implants, and periodontics. Originally from Stillwater, Oklahoma, Dr. Neshan has made Houston her home after graduating from University of Texas, Houston Dental Branch, and she has settled down in the Heights area so that she can practice close to home and be a part of the community.
She enjoys being able to build long-lasting personal relationships with her patients. Dedicated to providing the best dental care possible, Dr. Neshan is a member of the American Dental Association and has taken a six-month course in implants to further her knowledge. When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys flexing her creative muscles by painting and making pottery.

She is excellent and her staff is so friendly and professional. I called last minute to schedule an appointment for an extraction and they worked me into their schedule the very next day. So thankful I came back to this office! I had previously visited another dentist closer to home on my last dental check up but this dental office is worth the drive.

Dr. Refused to accommodate the scheduled yearly maintenance cleaning or complete the exam unless I agreed to completing a recommended more expensive secondary procedure. The secondary procedure was not covered by my insurance and even though she did not finish her examination they still said they'd charge my insurance.

They always take great care of me. I lost a crown and had to have an emergency root canal while out of town. They were able to see me right away for a follow up visit and getting all of the temporary stuff turned into permanent stuff. I love their staff.

If you are the kind of person who knows how things work (or don't work for that matter) - and you are expecting the physician treating you to be a honest and trustworthy individual - then do not visit this practice.
The office unfortunately is staffed with catty women - and I cannot say too many good things about Dr. Nay Neshan either. I guess their office runs based on the location and they way they portray themselves ... all the while running a really mediocre practice at best ....
