Starting from the staff at the front desk; they are very welcoming.m and make you feel comfortable. Then, you go into the room and everything is just extremely clean as it should be. High technology machines and instruments. Then, Dr Paola is just a fantastic Dr. she cares and explains about every single thing that has to be done. I needed a deep cleaning therefore that required anesthesia in my case; Dr Paola has sush a soft hand and as she calls it 'is like a mosquito bite' well ! I think is even less than that. Everything went perfect, and I will highly recommend her for everyone who is looking for a great dentist and moreover for a staff that makes you feel comfortable and reliable!

Dr. Paola A. Argaez was born and raised in Cali, Colombia, South America. She moved to Houston, Texas with her family at the age of 15, where she finished High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Mathematics from University of Houston in 2001. In 2002 obtained her education certification K-4 Region XIII Educator Certification Program and taught elementary school for 5 years in Austin, Texas. Even though she enjoyed being a bilingual teacher, she decided to pursuit a career in dentistry, she moved to Boston and successfully earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University Henry M Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2010. She graduated with honors as a magna cum laude, and moved back to Houston where she has been practicing as general dentist.
Dr. Argaez is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Greater Houston Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, Houston Hispanic Dental Association. Dr Argaez priority is providing quality comprehensive care for each patient. Her personal interest include traveling, learning about different cultures, listening to music and spending time with her family.

She took the time to explain all the steps of the root canal procedure. Also, she tested the affected tooth several times to ease my mind for confirmation of the correct tooth. She was very patient with me and my anxiety related to the root canal, and even shared a personal story to help ease my anxiety. I am very grateful for her kind bedside manner, and would highly recommend her to anyone who has feelings of anxiety related to dentist visits.

Dr Argaez always makes me feel comfortable during the procedures and gives me all the possible treatment options. I had two root canals done, once with her referral and once at her office. All went really well with the procedures as well as the following crown construction. I also had a tooth extraction done with dr Argaez and it went really well. My tooth healed in about a week. I highly recommend her.
