I have been searching for a good dentist in central Florida for a long time. I have had a few bad experiances with other local dentists.
Last week I started to get major tooth pain on one of my upper teeth. I knew right away I was going to need a root canal because anytime anything cold went to that tooth it killed me.
I found ZocDoc and was able to narrow down dentists in the area that take my insurance. After researching I came across Dr. Kelly, I noticed he had good reviews on ZocDoc so I searched him on Google which also had great reviews.
I was able to book my appointment for the following day and was seen very quickly. Everyone was very courteous including the receptionist Matt. After getting X-Rays, Dr. Kelly met with me and let me know that I was right and that I needed a root canal. Fortunately he was able to do the root canal right then and there. I'm so fortunate and I have no pain anymore. Dr. Kelly and his staff were so courteous that I definitely want to make this my permanent dentist. I've scheduled a cleaning for next week and plan on coming here for awhile.

Dr. Nahir Rosado was the most wonderful dentist to work with. She calmed me down and explained each step of the procedure and took her time to treat me. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. She's the most compassionate dentist I've ever had.

I think I hit the gold mine with this dentist. He's very knowledablge, very well priced (especially if you do n't have insurance) and gentle which is exactly what I needed, since I haven't been to the dentist in years. He replaced a huge silver filling with white filling and filed my teeth that were chipped. I always feel comfortable and relaxed.

I've avoided going to the dentist for a while because my experiences have always been bad, but everyone from the person at the front desk, to the oral hygienist, to Dr. Kelly himself was super friendly and attentive to my needs.
I'm actually not dreading my 6-month cleaning!

I want to say that my ratings are for Ms. Megan, the hygienist, I spoke with Dr. Kelly for less than 3 minutes so I can't really evaluate him, but Megan was great! She was so great with my daughter (it was her first visit) and genuinely informative and kind and helpful.

I spend more time with the dental hygienist than the doctor as usual, no surprise. I really like the staff there, very friendly and attentive. So far I have met Dr. Kelly, Pam, the receptionist, Debbie and Meredith. My initial consultation was with Debbie. She was very gentle with my mouth because I told her every time when I took X-ray, it hurt because of the small jaw, the edges on the film would poke my gum and my mouth and it really hurt. She put some cushion on the edges so it would not hurt my mouth. I would have to say this is the first time it really doesn't hurt when I took full mouth X-ray. Today I have my service with Meredith, she is very attentive and nice. At the end, she took time to explain to me all the important details in cleaning my teeth. They all super nice and friendly, I really like this place so far. Bonus, my first cleaning is much cheaper than my other visit with my other dentists in the past. I like the fact that Dr. Kelly would also considered the insurance coverage or benefit I carry, not imposing all the services and charges on me like my other dentists did. I recommended this place to my husband who is the picky one and will see how he like it, his first appointment is this afternoon.

From the start the phone manner and professionalism of the reception was informative and highly organised. They were even able to discuss expectations on procedure times and in depth details about insurance coverage.
The offices are clean and tidy and well organised with little waiting around and a really short single page form to complete.
Onto the appointment. I had several x rays where I was made to feel comfortable. I knew I needed a root canal prior to attending and that is exactly what I was diagnosed right away. I was booked in for the procedure the very next day.
There was no false diagnosis or any made up concerns. just a genuine assessment and some truth about and advice about how to avoid problems in the future.
I was booked in for the root canal. They used the numbing cream on my gums and let it set in before the injections. At that point I didn't feel anything. I was able to listen to my podcast during so I completely zoned out. I was constantly given the opportunity to rest if needed or get a toilet break which was very nice during the procedure. It took a little longer than normal due to a restriction on my mouth opening. But at no point did I feel like they were rushing or wanted to move onto the next patient. In fact I felt a real professionalism that they wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. I had a root canal and now have a temp filling while I wait for the permanent crown.
I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Kelly and his team. If you have any fear of dentists and procedures this is the place to go as they are all so professional and welcoming. Dr Kelly has a steady hand and makes you feel comfortable in what many consider an uncomfortable situation. Due to having a metal plate in my jaw from a previous injury I was there longer than usual at 4 hours however this flew by and I came out smiling.

Everyone in the office was friendly and knowledgeable. I was seen right away, Pam at the front desk knew exactly what was covered by my insurance. Dr. Kelly was thorough with his exam, answered my questions. Most importantly, does not try and do work not needed. Looking forward to going back!
