“The office staff and manager were very friendly! I have a lot of anxiety so I liked how the TV was showing relaxing beaches throughout the appointment. The only complaint is that when I got my cleaning done the lady basically gave me a shower in my own spit. Other than that, everything was great! 10/10”

The provider did not ever verify my insurance even though i sent it in prior and filled out all the necessary paperwork but presented me with cost of services - they said they follow up and never did so i had to seek alternative care. I felt as if there was no care for me there as i was the only person there not speaking Spanish. I am Hispanic but dont speak spanish well so did not want to attempt to but felt like my treatment was not taken seriously or an effort for me to have care.
