I would say that Dr. Bhalla seemed very professional and highly educated. I was confident that once she saw my x-rays that she would correctly diagnose the problem I had with my teeth.

Dr. Bhalla has treated a lot of smiles and made a lot of friends since she began practicing dentistry back in 2004. “I always try my best to address any patient concerns,” she says. “I always emphasize the education of the patient to help prevent further disease as well as further involve the patient in their treatment.” Dr. Bhalla studied at the University of California Davis before going on to earn her doctor of dental surgery from the New York University College of Dentistry. She’s very active and enjoys hiking, camping and biking. She loves to travel and counts Hawaii, Mexico and Jamaica among her past destinations. Dr. Bhalla’s other interests include taking yoga classes, attending wine tastings and growing orchids and succulents. As if that weren’t enough, she is also a volunteer with the local chapter of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Unorganized, slow and unprofessional
I will never return to this office.

Terrible Terrible Terrible! Do not go here!!! The main x-ray machine did not work, so I had to sit for an hour while the technician took individual shots of each tooth, and she couldn't get all my teeth, which means I have to go back when the machine is fixed.
I then waited for another hour to be seen by the dentist who was rude and sighed the whole way through, he made me feel like I was a waste of his time. He was however keen to suggest work that would drum up some extra work for him.
Since then I was promised a phone call detailing out my insurance coverage breakdown so that I could schedule in the work that needs to be done. 2 weeks has passed, I have made 2 follow up phone calls and I still have not received a call back about this.
Long story short they have wasted my time and now I have to go through the whole process again.
DO NOT GO HERE!

Assistants were courteous, the physician soft spoken and nice. The wait was horrific - about 40 minutes to get through the door, plus additional hour between the x-ray and procedure (cleaning and sealants).
clients are received in a semi-open setting, with partitions between the chairs that don't go all the way to the ceiling, and a common walkway. I saw patients being worked on, as others saw my son. Kids are offered balloons. No toothbrush or even a sample of toothpaste. The cleaning procedure did not include flossing.

I am not a fan of the dentist, and I only booked my appointment through ZocDoc after researching Dr. Bhalla. I liked her resume overall, so I booked the appointment. However, after Dr. Bhalla finished examining my x-rays she passed me on to another DDS. I was very upset because I booked my appointment to see Dr. Bhalla after researching other DDS in my area, and I decided that she was my best fit. I would have left the office the moment I realized Dr. Bhalla was assigning me to another DDS, but I had a very bad toothache that I could not withstand another day. Needless to say I wish I would have waited. The new DDS took 6 hours to complete one filling and one extraction, and it was very painful.
The staff at this office appear very nice in the beginning, but once they get you to sign a contract the service goes downhill.
