I just love Lake Nona Family Dentistry to pieces! Dr. Popat is a true professional. She provides a thorough explanation of the procedure and she has a gentle touch. I needed a lot of dental work and I'm finally reaching the home stretch thanks to her efforts and that of the wonderful staff. Her assistant, David, is also one of my favorites!

I was not as happy as usual because I expected to see Dr. Popat & it was her day off. No one called to let me know so I could reschedule. The same thing happened with my Hygienist. I had requested a certain person & when I got there I was told he was no longer there. I don't like surprises when it comes to my dentist. I will check to make sure I am getting who I want next time.

Im super satisfied!
THe call center was awfull and I couldnt communicate with the office,but I went there and let them know about the problem and since there it was great .The front desk is super nice and hard working to solve problems,and the professionalism form the back is great!
you just need somebody else to take care of the call center!
