My first visit to Dr. Lori Gruskin's office was fantastic! Zocdoc helped me find a dentist in my dental insurance network. Zocdoc provided the forms I needed to complete. I contacted the dentist office to change my appointment date; easy enough! The dental office staff were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a therapy dog, a little shihtzu named Daisy, to help patients who are a bit anxious. I was in, had x-rays, saw the dentist, and, out of the office in no time. Unfortunately, I need to now go to an endodontist. So very grateful for Dr. Lori Gruskin for taking a look at my sore tooth.

I arrived at 3:40 and didn’t leave until 5:15 The exam for X-rays took extremely long and I had to wait about 25 minutes for the doctor to come in. This is the first time in my life I was in a dentist chair for only X-rays. And a cleaning was not involved. I’m not sure if I would return for my cleaning they told me it would be 2 visits. Never such a thing in my life, I have all my teeth at my age and always maintained them

Nice and friendly team; starting with the front desk staff to the technicians in the back who made me feel very comfortable and were very gentle during treatments. Grateful to Dr. Gruskin for her expert advice, helping to make the right choice instead of my initial choice which would have cost me a lot more money. Also, thankful to Maria offering me a payment plan with a two-year zero interest rate with durable payments I was approved for.

I’m not usually a fan of dentist visits, but this team completely changed my mind. From the moment I walked into the reception area, everyone was incredibly friendly, courteous, patient, and professional.
The receptionist, treatment coordinator, dental hygienist, dentist, and her assistant all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. They checked in with me constantly, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed.
What really stood out? The little things that made a big difference:
? Netflix on a screen mounted on the ceiling – perfect distraction during treatment
? Stress balls to squeeze when nerves kicked in
? A genuinely warm, calming vibe from the entire team
My experience was outstanding. I left feeling cared for, not just treated. For the first time ever, I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend this practice!

Mrs. Gruskin is absolutely amazing and caring making sure you very comfortable! The staff are wonderful very caring the whole office is such a welcoming vibe, they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is awesome and you are comfortable. Answered all my questions, even the silly ones, helped me out alot and my kids as well. Definitely found a great dentist. I would recommend.

I was really impressed with Dr. Gruskin’s skill. She was able to fill my cavity without a root canal and cap saving me the added expense. She will also be doing one implant for me. Dr Gruskin offers financing which make this very afforable.
