I was going in for a cleaning and they refused saying I needed a deep clean which would cost over 500, I was hesitant but said okay. He only did half of my mouth and said very hesitatingly that needed antibiotics injections. I ended up paying over 500 dollars for half of my mouth only so I couldn’t afford another to do the other side.

The medical assistant at the front desk was congenial and beneficent. The dental hygienist was also caring and helped relieved my anxiety. Dr. Ravi was exceptionally amazing and he made me feel like a patient and not a payment. I had my first experience with him today and he made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The facility is exceptionally clean and the staff have excellent customer service skills.

The staff was trying to make me sign an agreement for the planned dental work needed.
I was told going forward they would not use my insurance and would only accept cash. The reason given was it's just not worth it for them.

Went in for basic cleaning. Left with no cleaning. Not quite sure I will be using there services any further. Felt like it was 10 years backward in that office. No updated equipment. There were stains all over the desks (2nd) and the staff appears to have no superior customer service.

Would not recommend. Went in for putting a crown back on that fell off. Staff looked like they did not want to be there. Dentist did not say bye or thank you before I was sent to leave. My crown is sitting too high and now have to go to my dentist back home.

After scheduling the appointment on ZocDoc, I got an email saying I needed to call the office or they would drop my appointment. I did not have the time to call so I called the day of my appointment and they did not have me in the schedule and asked if I scheduled on ZocDoc, then they saw me and added me. Upon arrival, many of the staff members did not speak English very well. And the dentist did not explain the procedures or communicate what he was going to do. I was worried about whether he knew what he was doing or not and he did not put me at ease. They forced me to schedule another appointment in 6 months.

The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the entire appointment. They helped me schedule my follow up appointment for the next day and Dr.Oberio was able to take care of all my needs.

When I went I had a good experience with the secretary however the dentist's assistant was not professional and the hygiene was not the best at all when the assistant put a pen in my mouth to see my teeth well. In conclusion, I would never go back.

they have a tendency to overcharge me. which is highly inconvenient considering the cost of dental work in the first place… They do make it right in the end, annoying nonetheless. But i really like dr oberoi, he’s calm and kind and makes sure im comfortable which is rare, and i get a clear plan for my goals and he does his best to get me there.

Dr did not explain as he went along. He cut my tongue but didn’t say anything about it. When I noticed the cut and bruising on my tongue I said something to the assistant. She spoke with the manager and then I was offered a bottle of chlorhexidine rinse for infection prevention.

I was expecting to get an extraction due to pain. Instead, I received two shots to numb gums, prescription, and referral to get a crown (expensive). I didn’t ask for a crown. They are telling me what I need when I’m the one spending the money. Charged my insurance and still had to find someone else to do the work.

The office was cluttered and dirty. The staff was friendly but everything was very sketchy. Seems like all they want is $$$ and they seem to give false information when it comes to your teeth to make more money. I went in got seen and once I experienced it I left and never came back.

Office seemed very chaotic upon arrival. You have to book a cleaning appointment separate from an initial appointment. Once I got my cleaning done, it was rushed and my gum line was cut & has been irritated since then. The pain is not worth it. If you can find another provide I’d definitely recommend too go elsewhere.

That was my first visit to Dr. Ovaberi's office, but my father was a long-time patient in there. I had a good experience with the staff, and Jackie was my room tech. she was very nice. So, yes, I would recommend this office to friends.

I never leave bad reviews and really debated leaving this review before I went and saw many other people had the same experience as me. First of all when taking the XRays the mouth piece was too big for my mouth and actually hurt me and the nurse just didn’t care and didn’t seem to really know what she was doing. She’d say bite but i physically couldn’t bite because it was too big and hurt me… The doctor came in for the cleaning told me i needed to whiten my teeth, when i said no thank you he seemed a bit annoyed. The nurse was holding my mouth open during the cleaning and hurt my gums and the skin around my mouth. They were resting their hands on my face and things kept constantly hitting my face. I never experienced anything like this… And then the nurse acted as if I was doing something wrong…

Staff seemed a bit rude but besides that I got everything taken care of. They were able to do my fillings same day so I didn’t have to come back, which was nice. I’m not a fan of of the passive aggressive comments but I have a thick skin. The service was decent, I’d give this a B+ rating. My last dentist was way friendlier but in terms of the actual dental service, it was fine. I would also have appreciated it if they talked me through the procedure more. 8/10

The dentist scheduled me for a cleaning which he started and never finished. He rushed through 3 fillings in less than an hour, the hygienist cut and scraped my entire mouth countless times and the dentist answered a phone call while filling my teeth.
He finished the fillings and then left for the day without finishing the cleaning. I also have not been able to chew properly since seeing him and he didn't even fill the tooth I went in there for. I now need to see another dentist to look over the quality of his work because I am extremely skeptical and dissatisfied.
