This was our first visit to Dr. Prachi Shah DMD. The office staff were very polite and explained to us about the initial check in procedures. We waited for a short time and was immediately called our name, The technicians were there to assist us. Dr. Shah explained everything in details. She seems to us very professional and adept and her service was very outstanding. I DO recommend Dr. Prachi Shah to anyone looking for a Dentist.

Worst dentist I have ever been to! I was left waiting 1:40 minutes before I was seen by the doctor. After I expressed my dissatisfaction and frustration for waiting this long without acknowledgement, the staff and doctor showed no remorse. Then the doctor proceeded and clean my teeth, she was done in less than 10 minutes. She rushed through the cleaning as if she wanted to get rid of me. I was so disappointed and ready to get out of there that I did not even bother to mention anything. I was disgusted by their service, professionalism and I will need go back of recommend this office to anyone, not even my worse enemy.

The wait time was pretty ridiculous but Dr. Shah was nice and apologetic once I was finally seen and told me why the wait was long. I’ve had cleanings before and by far this was probably the roughest. First time I’ve seen so much blood come out as well how sore my mouth currently is. If I go back I’ll probably ask her to be a little gentler if anything I felt it was rough because she was rushing to get to other patients because it was backing up.

The first time I went here, the wait time wasn't as bad. However I did wait in the waiting room, then got placed in a dental chair for another long wait, listening to another patient sing his little heart out as he waited in his chair next to me. The dental assistant was sweet and helpful, answered my questions the best she could. Ms Shah however talks a lot, but fails to actually answer your questions. My second appt -- I called in, the girl at the front said she had an appointment available, so I left work early to get there. I waited well over an hour when I arrived, I caught an attitude and the girls at the front got nervous and put me in a chair. I wait another 10-15 minutes for the dentist to "finish up" with other patients. She finally comes over, looks in my mouth, just babbled about I have no clue what because I didn't even get a chance to address the reason for my last minute appointment, and before I know it she's telling me to schedule another appointment so she can actually work on me. She was more concerned with the fact that their office was closing in 20 minutes than she was with the fact that I confirmed an appointment for that afternoon, showed up on time, and was seen almost two hours later only to be told to come back. I told her that was unacceptable and her solution, get ready to laugh --- a prescription for Motrin! I never once told this woman I was in pain because I wasn't. From my previous appointment, I was supposed to be referred to another specialist by Ms Shah, so when I was leaving, I told them I don't want to schedule another appointment with them, I would just like my referral to the specialist. The girl at the front basically writes on a piece of paper "Dear Doctor, please check yada yada the issue. Thanks". Gives me no list of possible specialists to call as I was told I'd get. Nothing. She clearly had an attitude because I said I won't be returning to their office and that was her way of being spiteful. Some people don't belong in customer service and when they have a boss like Ms Shah who's full of it and will talk circles around you create issues you don't have for a bigger check from insurance but wont stay an extra 5 minutes to take care of you, it encourages the poor behavior.
Long story short, consider another dental office.

Awesome staff I have a phobia of dentists and the young lady who cleaned me was just amazing made me laugh kept my mind away from the pain and just generally made me comfortable. Will be referring others

Great dentist !!! Services are always being pro longed in several appointments. Never had to wait to get fillings or approved for root canal from my insurance at my old dentist, false advertising. switched dentist because the said they offered Saturday visit's only to be told once i switched that Saturday's are unavailable during summer season.
Great dentist, but i work a lot and don't have a lot of patience to waste coming back and forth for appointments.

AMAZING! The staff from the beginning were very welcoming and pleasant. The office blew my mind away with the cleanness and organization. As for the services, they made me feel so comfortable with my treatment plan and so gentle. Given the time, they did not rush nor did they make me feel as if I was an inconvenience. I have issues with my jaw and Dr. Shah made sure if I needed a break during my cleaning I was ok to take one. Most amazing dentist I have ever been to!

The receptionist was great. She even understood what it means to be patience with a deaf patient. That's the best part of my visit. But what ruined the visit were those who had to do the simple x-ray and CLEANING. I am sorry, but never going back again. Thank you.

For a dental visit... It was the most enjoyable time that I ever experienced sitting on that chair. As soon you step in the office the environment & decor put you right at ease. I love very much the genuine consideration & professionalism.

The dentist office was very nice and clean. Has multiple monitors to keep your attention away from the work. The Dr was very nice and patient. She explained what she was seeing and gave best recommendations from what she saw. She would also explain everything so you can clearly understand. Great experience!!
