1) Bedside manner : Dr Pratibha listened to me very carefully and empathetically.
2) Proactive : The lady and the gentleman on the desk were super helpful with bookings.

Pratibha Vegulla is very efficient and quick, but never hurried. Have had 3 teeth cleanings, cavities filled and a cap. My teeth and gums are very happy with Pratibha’s work. The front desk also takes good care of me, from getting me scheduled to billed.

I may have had a uniquely bad experience, but a few things at this practice didn't sit right with me.
1. I was suggested to to pay in advance for a future cleaning date
2. My insurance doesn't seem to have been run properly and my charges seem higher than my plan would suggest. I was charged far more for the same services than my wife who's on the same plan (both dentists were in network)
3. I personally had a hard time understanding / communicating with some members of the front desk due to their english / accent.

Dr. Vegulla is such an amazing person! She has excellent bedside manner as well as top notch dental knowledge. She was able to explain a dental issue that I have had for over 10 years which no other dentist ever mentioned to me before. She is the best!

Had a chipped tooth and also needed to find a new dentist. Pratibha Vegulla had excellent reviews and her office got me in the dental seat quickly.
The appointment was very efficient, with clear explanations of options and recommendations on fixing my chipped tooth.

Dr Vegulla was a delightful dentist. She was very personable throughout my dental cleaning. I waited for only a few minutes after my appointment time. The assistants took x-ray scans of my teeth, and Pratibha went over the scans with me, suggesting possible causes and solutions for the current condition of my teeth. She took note of everywhere I felt pain while she cleaned my teeth, and took care to be more gentle in those sensitive areas. This trip was quick and efficient, and I would definitely recommend her to other patients.
