Waited a Little too much compare to my previous dentist visits and for some reason they kept taking people before me who walked in later ,although they may have had their appointment before me but they all walked in late. I happen to know they were late because they all came in few minutes before my appointment and I was their in the clinic alone for 30 minutes. Those people were still able to see the dentist before me hence I had to wait for all these late comers to get done to see the dentist. It wasn't fair for me to wait since others showed up late.
In any case, I was seen 50 minutes later then my scheduled appointment and had to wait additional 5-10 mins to see the Hygienist since she was working with all the people that came late.
Although the experience was ok but the Hygienist was really cool and friendly.

Sitting on the patient chair inside waiting for the dentist, Dr shroff walks in without any greetings and starts asking questions. All the while I'm sitting on the chair where i cannot see anyone, Dr. starts asking my questions without any reference to me. Very unprofessional.
I Asked if I should get an X-ray at the office to see my recent tooth procedure results, Dr tells me I don't get paid to take X-rays more then once a year and he also says just because it's free for you doesn't mean you should get it. Seriously? I don't think he realized his patient wants an X-ray for legitimate reasons not because it's free on anything. Will be seeing new dentist soon.

Wow! I've actually never had a pleasant experience with any dentist/doctor before, this would be my first! The Dr is just so nice, friendly, and funny. He made me feel so comfortable. I did have two cavities, but he was very positive, and made me feel better about my teeth. There was no wait and I was out of there so quickly. Highly recommend!
