Office and dentist were very friendly and treated me immediately. The only issue was that apparently, Zocdoc does not sync properly with their office calendar. I suggest calling after you book an appointment on Zocdoc to confirm. They had to reschedule my appointment, but did everything very quickly and smoothly. The wait time was fantastic and all the staff were helpful and communicative.

The office didn’t accept my insurance therefore I was unable to be seen & they were unaware of my appt which was made the day before through zocdoc not sure where the confusion was. It’s also a little confusing finding this office you have to walk through a building complex into an apt building, a little maze.

My 1st visit to Zen Dentistry in Forest Hills, surely deserve a 5+ stars rating. From the ease of securing an appt via ZocDoc, to the follow up calls by the professional staff and minimum wait time at the office, my experience was priceless.
I was attended by both Dr Michael A. Tyner & Dr Carol during my visit and all I can say is they both are Fabulous. Attention to detail and care was their utmost priority. I noticed how Dr Michael kept checking up on me after he fixed my crown(15+yrs old), which was the purpose of my 1st visit and he did a great job.I loved his mannerisms and how he made me feel at ease.
Dr Carol did an intense dental cleaning, as it was due for the year and OMG!, she did an amazing job. Gentle, yet very precise and detailed.

I really enjoyed my first visit to Dr. Tyner's office. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen once I completed my initial documents and learned a lot about best practices with oral hygiene during my time there. I am already scheduled to go again for my next check up!

Great Dr. ! He is honest and not there to tell you that you must do unnecessary work.
