In New York City, having graduated from the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry, (DDS: Doctor of Dental Surgery) in 1992, he went on to pursue the General Practice residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he earned honors and praise from all the staff attending and residents. After residency he had worked in a few group practices for 7 years in The City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia, where our constitution was born. He has also volunteered for 5 years with the mobile Dental camp sponsoring Special Olympia Colgate-Palmolive in and around Philadelphia for handicapped children and adults. After which, ever since 1999, he has devoted his time and energy in serving the residents and citizens of our community in and around Old Bridge, Domestic and international travelers. He has attended numerous Dental conferences and symposia, both domestic and international. We are happy to announce that Dr. Selvan has received the FAGD and MAGD awards from the Academy of General Dentistry in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Also he Also he has been appointed as a Faculty at New York university College of Dentistry in New York City.
He is also a FELLOW of International congress of Oral Implantologists.In today's world personal touch is lacking in the field of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr.Selvan's mission is to serve each patient to the fullest at a personal level, thereby building relationships between doctor and patients and their family and friends. We are looking forward to maintaining the PERSONAL TOUCH mission which we have been following in our practice the old fashioned way for the past many years and looking forward to more.. We are NOT a factory and we know ALL our patients and their families personally. Looking forward to serving each & everyone

I do not know the words to describe how wonderful my visit was. Up til the time I met Dr.Selvan I was TERRIFIED of dentists, I would have to be sedated before going to a dentist.
He is a wonderful gentle Doctor, and I can say with all my heart he is the best Dentist in the world. He made me feel at ease, he explained what he was doing. His work is beyond perfect. I went to him with a serious issue and he made me well again. I am so happy Dr.Selvan is my Dentist and he will be my Dentist forever.
