I can truly say I was in pain and on top
of that I was due to give birth the next month. The staff was so nice, they kept calling the delivery hospital to get approval to remove my tooth. They were concerned about radiation, they cared about the welfare of my unborn child. The place is crowded because of the great service. I will be going back soon. The extraction was very quick as well, I never had this done awake before and I had no swelling.

Always the wait is ridiculous over 2 hours and no chairs to sit and no place to stand cause there are already people standing waiting, but all the women staff are really nice.

The wait wasn't long at all. Everything was straight forward with filling out the paperwork. Also as soon as you go inside you can see how nice and clean they keep it. Very impressed how professional this place was. Will definitely come back for my 6 month check up!

I went into the office half an hour before my appt. just in case I had to fill out registration paperwork. The 1st bad experience was the smell in the place like their was backed up sewage in there. Before I seen the dentist the receptionist allowed me to know he do not specialize in root canal. Now when it was time to consult if he can perform the procedure or not he gave me a run around about he don’t know if he can save the tooth. At that point I was convinced he didn’t know what he was about to do. So I said simply to him “your procedure sounds different from the ones performed on YouTube that I’ve actually watch get done and the tooth was saved”. He didn’t like that I said that then says to me “So how many years in dentistry do you have?” I was extremely shocked to the point where I took my referral and walked out. He’s very unprofessional and that’s not the way you treat your patient under no circumstance. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone who needs a consultation about any surgical work that they need done.

Even was in and out process as fast as I came I left however I felt it was not professional and I have a cut on my mouth from the nurse. I wish my experiences was better or that the doctor actually pretend liked he cared this is one dentist I wouldn't recommend to anybody

The doctor was very mean, his office is in the back of a pharmacy and is very dark and a bit of a mess. He wound up taking 3 teeth and wanted to take more, never went over any options and just made nasty comments. Afterwards he would continue to make annoying phone calls to me (because he wanted more teeth extracted!) when i thought i made it obvious i wanted nothing to do with him. Avoid at all costs!!!

This was the first time I had been to a dentist in almost a decade! Shameful but true. I was very nervous due to some pain i'd been experiencing but Dr. Ilyayev was very candid, informative and helped me through everything. We developed a plan moving forward and I look forward to being at the office on a regular basis.

He cleaned my teeth well... was attentive & asked all relevant medical history questions. Only thing I didn't like is he found a cavity & wanted to fill it in with metal- I refused. I think he should have resin as an option. Also, the office is located in a shabby shared locale with a pharmacy... He should probably upgrade to new digs that match his level of service, cuz he's a good dentist but the place doesn't reflect that. Lastly, Girl at front is nice :). If all you need is a teeth cleaning and consult, he's your guy.

Receptionist was so sweet & nice. Even though I was kind of confused about my appointment and what to bring (since it's my first time doing this without my mom), she remained patient and helped me with everything. The dental assistant and dentist are both wonderful as well. They are extremely kind and caring and asked me many questions, which made me feel like I was being cared for well. The office space is clean and pleasant as well.
