Dr. Lu and her staff are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I went in with a mouth full of decaying teeth that were in very bad shape. I hadn't been to a dentist in years because I was afraid of what they'd say. She was extremely compassionate and made me feel at ease the whole time. They set up a clear treatment plan for me. And I feel a million times better.

Dr. Sandra Lu and the office staff(Jackie and her assistant Norma ) are very Professional and puts the patient's needs first. You are not kept waiting and the office is just as they are "Pristine and Professional". Dr. Lu gives very good recommendations for dental care and took extra time in the treatment and diagnosis of my dental needs and plan. Went here for the first time. Dr. Lu was great! My only complaint was the wait time. I got there at 12:30 for a 12:45 appointment. I waited awhile and didn't finish until past 2. Not bad considering I was a first time patient, but I expected it to be faster since it was only for a general checkup and cleaning.

I can't say enough about Sandra with this review. I had an emergency filling and she did it right the way. She is very polite and gentle. And her smiles made you feel better when you see her.
