The filling I received on the spot was as close to painless as possible and they talked me through all parts of the procedure and explained why they were doing the things they were doing. I really liked my visit to a new dentist. I was a little nervous because I hadn't had an appointment in a few years, but the communication was great, and I learned more about my oral health than I have in a while. The staff answered all my questions, had up-to-date equipment and information, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

The office manager, or lady that handles billing was horrible from the beginning. She threatened to cancel my appointment even though the forms were filled out. When I told her I filled them out already she just didn't look. No apology given. Then when I arrived she couldn't be bothered to turn around to greet me. Finally when I was checking out she was extremely rude and when I asked her a question she cut me off and told me, "she was just about to say that." But her answer just dismissed my question. I absolutely do not feel comfortable with her.
Hygienist was amazing. Probably my favorite ever.
I thought the dentist could do root canals, he can't, and I'm frustrated they failed to disclose that when I mentioned why I was coming in.

Dr. Diehl and Dorothy are amazing. It took me years to find a competent dentist and staff. I now travel over an hour to go to this office because they are that good. Dr. Diehl has corrected the mistakes of previous dentists. He is amazing!

My first appointment at Pure Design went very smoothly! The staff welcomed me right away and my appointment started almost as soon as I walked in. Summer, the dental hygienist, was very attentive and communicative of what she was doing and needed from me. I also appreciated how conscious she was about the cleanliness of her tools and her area. Dr. Diehl was very attentive as well and did a great job assessing my teeth for the first time and getting to know me. Thank you!

Everyone in the office was wonderful. They have top of the line equipment and explain everything as they are working with you.
Also, Dr. Diehl stayed much later than expected to fill cavities after my cleaning. This is huge plus for me. I have already made follow appointments, and feel like I finally found my dentist after visiting various offices.
