odd experience all around....not sure about efficiency and/or organization of this office. For some reason they thought I had cancelled my appt., did not find out insurance details/parameters before I came in only to inform me that my approved benefits for 6 month check up would not be available for another 3 weeks. Sigh.....the office is colorful and the staff are all quite personable and lovely but not sure I will be returning. I left without scheduling my return appt.

Let me start with a blanket statement. I hate going to the dentist.
That said, visiting Dr. Valencia's office today was great. I haven't been to a dentist in some time, and I made an appointment for a consultation. While I was there, they took x-rays and told me that I needed a root canal (I knew this was probably the case), so I expected that they would make another appointment for cleaning, then one for the root canal. Nope.
Her assistant said they could do the cleaning and root canal right then and there.
Here's something you probably don't hear...I loved my root canal. There was no pain before, during, or after. It was done quickly and professionally. They are going to fit me for a crown day after tomorrow.
The staff here is friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable, and they explain it all.
I am a satisfied patient of this practice.

Valencia is fabulous. She is very sweet and fast! I had my teeth cleaned and I think we can all agree, it's not a pleasant feeling but she was so fast and gental that I wouldn't mod coming back. Overall my experience was great an di would rerun; however, I have two complaints. 1. The location is scary. Not in the best area but the office itself is very clean. 2. I had to wait 50 minutes before being seen and I had an appointment. That being said I would return and recommend.
