I will not go back to this office—although I had an appt with one provider and seen by another. That provider was fine although the exam was brief and rather superficial, in my opinion. I waited over 1 hour before being seen by anyone except the technician doing x-rays. Then I waited to have the cleaning and had to complain and ask when someone would come—about 30+ minutes more. There was little communication as to why the wait was so long, or why the provider was not the same as my appointment. The staff was fine, friendly, and office was clean. It seems there is some disorganization in operation.

Dentist was efficient, receptionists friendly, but examination was incredibly brief and didn't even catch a cavity that I had discovered myself. Went in for standard 6 month cleaning, examination, and x-rays. Office piled on numerous charges, additional claims to insurance, and multiple things that were not requested. Not only that, the offered dental treatment plans had numerous mistakes that had to be pointed out. Also, the cleaning (and sole reason we went in to the dentist) was never performed. If you have no other choice than to use this office, be incredibly thorough with what you need, question everything they are doing to make sure it is covered by your insurance (even during 100% covered procedures like cleanings/x-rays/exams)

The call center will make your appointment but the appointment is not guaranteed to be relayed too the local office. My appointment was scheduled a day earlier from the day I requested because it was a weekend they could not verify my insurance. Which gave 2 options either pay in cash or reschedule my appointment.

Dr. Lee was very professional, she smiled a lot ask me if I had questions. Explained my treatment to me before she started my work. Reassured me that everything would be OK, not to be nervous, I had a great experience, & I will refer all my friends, & neighbors.

When I walked into the office I noticed how clean it is. The girls in the front desk are very nice and made me feel comfortable. Once I went to the back I got Dr. Lee, she is so good at her job so gental and she is very nice.
