The staff was very understanding and insightful. They really took their time to make sure I understood what was going to be done, what they had found, and what the best next steps would be. Dr. Shah was absolutely great and this office is one I highly recommend!

Dr. Sharmi Shah completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola University in Chicago, IL, and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Boston University. She then completed a one year residency in Advanced Education of General Dentistry at Boston University.
After residency she chose to work in the greater Boston area in multiple private practices. She then finally returned to her hometown city of Chicago.
Dr. Shah feels very strongly that the patient- dentist relationship is extremely important, and she prides herself on being able to treat patients with open lines of communication, compassion and the utmost professionalism.
Dr. Shah is a member of the Massachusetts Dental society, Chicago Dental Society, American Dental Association, and the Illinois Dental Society. She truly believes that with the ever- changing field of dentistry, continuing education is extremely important. She enjoys keeping up with new procedures and integrating them into her practice to provide patients with the most predictable dentistry with a comfortable and relaxed environment. She has taken many courses on root canal treatment, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and sleep medicine to ensure that she is educating patients on the most up-to date treatment.
In her spare time, Dr. Shah enjoys traveling, photography, reading, being in the outdoors, and time with her family and friends.

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Shah for 5 yrs now and would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone! She takes the time to listen to your dental concerns and thoroughly addresses them prior to the end of your appt. She explains her findings in a way that you don’t feel overwhelmed with the info. Dr Shah’s bedside manner makes you feel very comfortable in the chair when most don’t like the “dental office noises” She’s friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable! Definitely plan to continue my dental care with Dr. Shah.

My visit with Dr. Shah was a fantastic experience. She and the whole team were very welcoming, knowledgable and extremely friendly! Dr. Shah took time to explain each step of the exam, as she worked. When she completed my exam she walked me through the results and she explained how a few simple changes, in my daily route, would help improve my overall dental heath.
Dr. Shah and her team are professional, efficient and overall just great down to earth people who truly care about their patiences. I have finally found a dentist that I will continue to go back to for many years to come!

Dr. Shah is amazing! She is super considerate of her patients’ wishes and I’ve never felt like she is pushing any agenda beyond a collaborative care plan that I’m comfortable with. Her approach is wonderful - she is compassionate and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Shah!
