She graduated with honors from the University of Illinois, Chicago College of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Ahmed is a member of the ADA, CDS, and ISDS. She strives to offer dental solutions tailored to the unique needs and lifestyles of her patients. A gentle and caring dentist, she loves working with patients of all ages and enjoys all aspects of dentistry. I was looking for a new dentist closer to my home and job. I scanned ZOCDOC and read the reviews. I feel I found the perfect fit for me. This place is sweet, cute, clean, and pretty. Greetings were nice and warm as if they know me. I love the lovely ladies and can't wait to see them in 6 months. Oh yes, my teeth are nice and clean. I was just telling my husband, I almost forgot I went to the dentist today because I don't feel any soreness in my gums and that was SHOCKING. They are the Gentle Ladies.

Highly recommend Dr Alia and team! I don’t like going to the dentist generally but the whole team there made it a really good experience, nothing was rushed and everyone listened. I’ll definitely go back.

First time going here. Had my annual cleaning done. I went here because it was the earliest appointment with a Saturday open. It was extremely convenient. Dr. Ahmed, was delightful and very clear with her instructions. She did a thorough exam and gave me some recommendations on preventive care and maintenance for my future visit.

Peter was super friendly over the phone confirming my appointment and just as pleasant in person. Jessica has the touch of an angel! She's so good that there wasn't any discomfort at all. I just moved to Chicago and had to find a dentist kind of right away because my crown fell off. Using this app, I found a dentist immediately and my insurance was covered and got the appointment quite the next day. My new dentist was bright and welcoming. She knew exactly what had to be done and it got repaired very fast. She was very nice to introducing me to the city and even gave me advices on where to go eat. I’m so happy to have found her and she’s my first dentist in the city!

Dr. Alia Ahmed was prep. She impressed me in every way to the utmost. Dr. Ahmed was friendly, witty, and explained everything she was doing with utter sincerity and clarity. My teeth cleaning was the gentlest and best I’d ever experienced. Her assistant was terrific as well and so was her receptionist. I cannot recommend her dentist office highly enough.

Everyone in this office was so kind and understanding. Dr. Ahmed listened and was sensitive to any issues and concerns I had. I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and she made sure I felt comfortable and was extremely transparent. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you are feeling anxious about visiting a dentist. They take care of you at Loop Smiles!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Loop Smiles. I arrived a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment time, but Dr. Ahmed was able to get me started right away. She was sociable, nice and the office had a very cozy, comfortable atmosphere. The receptionist, Peter, was also a pleasure to interact with. I had to reschedule my first appointment last minute and he made sure to follow up with me to confirm which I always appreciate. Overall, it was a a great provider experience. A job well done!

Dr. Ahmed and her assistants were super friendly and helpful. I came in with a last minute emergency with limited insurance information and they straightened everything out in one day and gave me documentation for personal use for another dentist if needed. They walked me through what had happened and why, as well as what they were doing to fix the problem. They were all very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and communicated clearly to me so that I was at ease during the whole process.

I don't know specifically what it was, but I didn't feel comfortable here. Going to the dentist is a seriously anxiety ridden affair for me, and I felt like a number being shuttled around and pressure to get work done immediately. Was given a treatment plan that didn't seem right to me, ended up getting a second opinion and felt much more comfortable with a different doctor at a different practice.
