Things felt a little too rushed. I had to ask her to slow down and explain which procedures I needed in the upcoming months. This was my first time at a dentist in forever so a slower pace would have been nice. Otherwise, she was great and answered all of my questions.

I was able to be seen a few minutes before my appointment time, since I was a new patient the doctor asked if I had any concerns for my teeth before even looking in my mouth. I get two free cleaning/checkup/xray/consulting every year with my insurance. The chair massages and the music is relaxing. I was out of the office 11 minutes after my appointment time after seeing the receptionist and booking it again for 6 months checkup and follow up. You can tell their is a clear conversation between doctor and receptionist and that your needs are being understood.

Dr Wali and her staff are wonderful, kind, and attentive. The office was a bit hard to find, but the staff were helpful when I called them looking for directions and were patient when getting lost made me late for my appointment. The office itself is clean and pleasant.
I went in for a cleaning and it wasn't a comfortable experience. The doctor was a bit too rough when working on me and water kept splashing all over my face. I haven't had this experience with places I've gone to in the past, which is why I likely won't return for my next cleaning.

Dr. Wali's staff are always friendly and the waiting room is welcoming and clean. Also has a great location. Dr. Wali does her best to be gentle but thorough, and works like just one person with her hygenist. They give you glasses to keep splatter out of your eyes and kindly wipe your face by a moist towel. I'm always very comfortable and confident that I'm getting great care!

Front desk was professional as usual. Dentist always provides good dental care. Dentist has been consistent over time with the dental care that she gives me. Patient for more than 5 years.

Dr. Wali is a great dentist. She personally oversees the cleaning and is thorough in her exam. Unlike some other dentists that I have seen in the past, she does not suggest treatments or procedures until they are really necessary. Dr. Wali is also personable and friendly.
