I came for a dental cleaning. The doctor said I need a deep cleaning but she will contact my insurance first. So this time she will just perform a normal cleaning which is 100% included in my insurance. Days later, I received a bill with the code of "root planning" and deep cleaning related, which is only partially covered by insurance. I got annoyed and called back. The lady didn't help much and seems like she didn't understand my question, just kept saying next time for your follow-up visit it will be all included. The thing is, the treatment I received is nothing "deep", didn't go underneath. Just a normal cleaning, done in 10 minutes. This is completely different from what my friend received as a deep cleaning from other dentists. I will never come back again.

I had been looking for a dentist I would trust to do the work properly and give firm advice on how to go about certain issues and received this confident advice and thorough routine cleaning on my first visit. The other reviews here on ZocDoc convinced me to try Dr. R and am glad I had trusted them. Hope my review can convince someone else !

My visit was not good due to the long wait time. My appointment was at 9:00 am and I did not get served till 9:45 am. A consultation appointment was in front of me who did not have an appointment.
I was very very disappointed in getting bumped by someone who did not have an appointment. That person took extra time as though my appointment did not count.

Dr Rashidchi talked me through everything that was going to happen. She made a usually uncomfortable experience very bearable. My only complaint would be the wait time but there was an emergency and she was very apologetic.

I made an emergency appointment the morning of March 19th. When I got to the office, every single person in the office made me feel great. I actually dislike dentists but Dr. Rashidchi made me want to come back to her. Very friendly staff and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Rashidchi was very kind and thorough, but she was excessively pushy about her cosmetic dental services. She whipped through the dental exam, tossing or procedure after procedure without clearly explaining what the service was or if it was necessary for the health my mouth or simply suggested for appearances.

The doctor is warm, personable, caring with a gentle touch. She is genuinely concerned about the total well being of the patient. She will work with you to make care financially possible. I would highly recommend her practice. Her dental assistant is wonderful.

She was wonderful! I did not wait at all and she was very thorough! I scheduled a cleaning and, not surprisingly, needed scaling. She was able to do it right then (Other dentists will do a cleaning and ask me to come back for scaling). It was not painful at all compared to that procedure with other dentists. She is so kind and pleasant to talk to as is her assistant. I don't usually enjoy going to the dentist but I'm actually looking forward to her working her magic on the other side of my mouth on Friday. I highly recommend!
