About Dr. Sridevi Yellepeddy
Dr. Sridevi Yellepeddy was born in Chicago, IL and raised in itty bitty Plant City, Florida, known as the winter strawberry capital. She graduated with Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors of Science. Later on, she was awarded her DMD degree from the University of Florida in 2009. She continued her post graduate dental training as a General Practice resident at the Malcolm Randall Veterans Affairs Center in Gainesville, Florida in 2010. Soon after, she met her wonderful husband who is from the DC/MD/VA area and moved to the area. She now resides in Gaithersburg, MD with her three amazing boys and dear husband. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Yellepeddy loves traveling, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Yellepeddy works diligently to provide a superior quality of dental care in a relationship-focused, comprehensive, gentle and conservative manner. She believes that dentistry requires a lifelong learning process to provide the best possible care to her patients. Therefore, she is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and Seattle Study Club to learn and apply the latest techniques and technology in the field.
Dr. Yellepeddy has been practicing dentistry in Maryland since 2011. With her friendly and charismatic personality, she treats patients of all ages from children to adults. Dr. Yellepeddy is excited to join the Darnestown community and is looking forward to providing you and your family with the highest quality of dental care in a friendly comfortable environment.

Amazing dentist, very skilled and motivated to do a great job. I feel completely confident in Dr. Yellepeddy, and I can not imagine going to any other dentist, as I believe she is the best I have even seen.

Extremely friend, patient and kind. The entire staff made me feel very welcomed. The doctor was super gentle and explained everything ahead of time and during the processes and procedures. I did not feel rushed and was asked several times if I needed anything and how my comfort level was. They were very accommodating to my schedule and followed up to check on me after the visit.

A perfect experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Yellepeddy and Darnestown Smiles. Dr. Yellepeddy and the staff were personable, knowledgeable, very clear and professional with their communication, as well as went above and beyond to address any areas of concerns I had. They provided additional knowledge and helped me build a routine that was realistic and manageable to help avoid similar dental issues I had in the future. My experience with them was so good it was the only time I’ve ever scheduled my next appointment and next separate cleaning while still at the dentist. I’m honestly looking forward to my next appointment as well as bringing my Wife in to have a great dental experience too.

AMAZING bedside manner. She's so warm, and so humble, and so gracious that you choose THEM(their office) for your dental care. Our insurance mistakenly referred to her office for an impacted extraction that needed an Oral surgeon and not general practice dentist, and even though it was not their error, they were still extremely apologetic, gave my child a free exam and consultation while we waited as their office quickly scrambled to find us a Oral surgeon. Not only did they find an office, they sent over our x-ray/records(from a previous office)insurance information, and set up a date and time for the appointment all while Dr Yellepetty examined our sons tooth, and gave us her professional opinion and options. She suggested a 3D CT scan of the tooth (which she was 100% correct). Saving us ANOTHER visit and consultation fees at the Oral Surgeons office(as one our insurance referred us to didn't offer 3D xray). This office has plenty of 5 star reviews and deserves every one of them.

Her photos of my teeth were very clear on 30” screen and Dr. Yellepeddy was very detailed about the condition of my teeth, recommended preventative care and three month cleaning. I had two fillings done today one on the left and one on the right. Excellent work.

Dr. Yellepeddy was absolutely wonderful with our family. She was extremely thorough, the hygienists and office staff were sweet and accommodating. They are very good with children, my toddler handled the visit better than I thought she would. We are grateful we found Darnestown Smiles, and will be returning for future visits.

Dr. Yellepeddy helped me with tooth sensitivity issues. She and the entire staff was extremely considerate in addressing my concerns. The doctor followed-up with me few days after the appointment to see how I was doing and this, I feel is a pretty rare! I would surely recommend her.

I had to wait outside for only about five minutes as another patient wrapped up. Everybody was extremely diligent about Covid-19 precautions, which was appreciated. The woman who took my x-rays was very friendly and professional, as is Dr. Yellepeddy. I went in for a cleaning, but she was so thorough with assessing each tooth! I will definitely be switching dentists and returning to Dr. Yellepeddy.

I highly recommend Dr. Yellepeddy. The office took all the recommended covid precautions and I felt very comfortable during my visit. Dr Yellepeddy took her time and answered all of my questions. Dr. Yellepeddy wa a dream in treating my daughter - she managed to complete a lot of work that had to be done extremely efficiently. She has such a pleasant nature and nice aura about her that is very easy for anyone to relax - including a 7 year old that had a number of cavities and sealants to be done. Highly recommend to anyone!

Dr Sri is the nicest doctor that you would ever see. She used be at another location in Germantown and my whole family has been seeing her for the past 7 years. She opened her own practice "Darnestown Smiles" and I followed her here. The new place is beautiful and modern with all the latest technologies and equipment. She is great with kids and my kids love her. Dr Sri ( her staff calling her Dr Yellepeddy at the new place ) is always pleasant, smiling and very helpful. She has done a lot of work on me and always had an amazing experience.

Dr Sridevi Yellepeddy is caring, thorough and personable. I came in for my first visit to the new dental office darnestown smiles. I am usually a bit nervous to see a dentist but the staff and Dr Yellepeddy made me very comfortable. She took her time to explain everything and never felt rushed. They even gave me a nice comforter on the dental chair. Great service. I am going to bring my whole family here.
