I had a very professional visit with Dr. Conley and his staff. The front desk was excellent. The young man showed deep respect to everybody. He answered with " yes sir" or "yes mam". My wait time was less than 15 minutes. My teeth were cleaned quickly and professionally. It was the best cleaning I had in10 years. Dr. Conley examined my teeth without any pain and gave me excellent advice and a plan about future dental work. The office accountant was fast and efficient with the total cost of my dental plan, including my insurance deductions.
Finally, the only adjustment the office needs to make is to increase the number of chairs for patients in the waiting room. The waiting room was crowded and patients had to stand.
