The experience was ok. The staff and the dentist were professional. However, I went in for a regular cleaning, got informed that a deep clean would be more beneficial (and much more costly) to me and was told to book one.
The concern is that at no point did I feel like I had a say in it, and it was unclear why I still couldn't get what I went there for in the meantime, which was a regular cleaning. So as far as I'm concerned it was valuable time that was wasted.

Amazing experience! I put off this appointment for a while and I felt no guilt or shame during the visit. My options were explained clearly and my follow up appointments were scheduled quickly. Absolutely recommend!

Dr. Rasool is super patient, thorough, and gentle throughout the whole dental process. Whenever I come into Pearls, I feel respected, cared for, and valued to the office. They even remember my name each time. 10/10 experience & best office I’ve ever visited!

Dr. Rasool is personable and professional. For the first time in a long time, I don’t dread going to the dentist and trust he is looking out for my best interest, not his bottom line. Highly recommend!

What was so amazing in that stood out to me was there was a minimum wait time. Usually you go to a doctor's office, your appointment is at 12:00 pm you probably don't see the doctor until 3:00 but this appointment was at 12:30 pm, at 12:35 I was in the dentist chair and the procedure began. Thank you very much.

The Front Desk staff are great - friendly, professional, quick check-in and check-out. The dentists and assistants are fabulous. I haven't been to a dentist in many years, and they have all put me at ease, talked me thru the procedures (crown and a deep cleaning), made me feel very relaxed(!), and - in short - it's an enjoyable visit. The stigma of old-style dentistry is gone from my hear now that I've been going here. I have two more crowns to go (that's what happens when you don't go to a dentist in more than a decade), and I have no fear or worries or nervousness about going here.
