This was crazy I got nothing done; they only work on children and I was not told this until I satin the chair and the dentist had examined my mouth. This was an awful visit.

The dentist seems great, the office staff, not so much. They definitely do NOT like to work on Saturdays lol, even though they're open. Every Saturday I got a phone call that they were closing early and I was unable to come in early on that day especially on such short notice (like five hours notice, maybe). I finally got in on a Saturday after rescheduling seriously like six times. After the exam they told me to go to the dental UNLV school to get my son the braces he so desperately needs. I wasn't able to even make an appointment with them for another three months so I found another orthodontist that took my insurance and could see him a lot sooner so I Called Dr. Delisle's office and asked if they could send a referral to this other orthodontist (left a message because they never answer the phone), and they never ever called me back. Even if they called back and told me that they didn't feel like sending a referral I would have appreciated it a lot more.

Made an appointment through ZocDoc and it was confirmed. I received a phone call from the Drs office several days later saying they needed to reschedule because they weren't open that day. According to the calendar they only schedule Saturdays in their Anthem location which is what my appt was for. Wish I had known so that I didn't need to rearrange my plans for that day.
