“It took along time to get my insurance situation verified. I had to wait along time in the chair waiting for a person to take xrays. I was escorted to the outside lobby afterwards to get a new appt but no one was there. I wanted to leave. I ended yelling hello to get somebody out to the reception desk. Finally someone came. Everyone was extremely nice but the wait time between people was extremely long.”

Dr. Peterson was drawn to dentistry by the fun memories of his own dentist. Dr. Peterson earned his D.D.S. degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, in Indianapolis. He is pleased to work with the Gentle Dental team in Las Vegas. Although he focuses his practice on General Dentistry, he most enjoys the opportunity to perform Endodontic and Cosmetic Dentistry for his patients. In his free time, Dr. Peterson’s personal hobbies include basketball and spending time in the outdoors.

I called to set up my appointment, some said they would call me back after they verified my MetLife account, done appt set up. The girl at the front desk was very unpleasant a said she had no idea what insurance I had after I was already verified!! Makes zero sense! I lost half day of pay for this

I’m not even one that has huge dentist anxiety but after coming here now I definitely do. I was taken back quickly which is great but the equipment and tools they used on me smelled/tasted bad. Then they had someone training who did my X-rays and I was gagged with the mouthpiece multiple times so bad my eyes were watering and I finally said enough I’m not doing more. I wasn’t apologized to. No one asked if I was ok going forward it was just what felt like a business transaction. No bedside manner at all. It felt depressing in there. I left and didn’t come back.
