As pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be I suppose. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my family on many occasions. I would certainly recommend this practice.

Dr. Steven Pohlhaus has been practicing dentistry for over twenty years and laser dentistry since 2004. He has devoted his career to introducing his patients and colleagues to the benefits of lasers. Dr. Pohlhaus has been lecturing on the topic of dental lasers since 2005 and is a trainer for Tecnology4Medicine's "Laser Essentials" course for new owners of the Lightwalker Laser. He is also on the faculty at the University of Maryland Dental School in the Department of Oncology and Diagnostic Sciences.
Dr. Pohlhaus devotes his spare time to providing dental care to the under-served. He is the Director of the Dominican Republic Dental Project, and also works with the Anne Arundel County Gray Area program and Donated Dental Service.
