Excellent doctor unlike my other rude unethical dentist. Dr. Steven consulted me and immediately sent me to an oral surgeon to perform surgery on my gums. A true life savior!

HORRIFIC!! I was told I couldn’t get a dental cleaning nor a feeling because “they are too busy”!! So practically charged my insurance for X-rays but did NOTHING, asked me to come back for filling and cleaning! The wait was horrendous, the receptionist was nice but overwhelmed and there were patients yelling and arguing in their cultural language. Just terrible! Omg and the devices are outdated, just old! Never again!! Will be finding a new dentist and calling my insurance to let them know so they do not charge extra... they shouldn’t even pay for xrays - they did absolutely NOTHING!

Terrible!! I waited 2 hours to just get a pricing on an implant. He demanded new xrays even though I had just gotten them done by somebody else . After my 2 hour wait he came in with a mouth full of food and telling me a rediculously over priced amount!!

It was my first time visit here n it was great i must say .As soon as i got there i spoke to lonna she was very kind. I filled out some paper work n as soon as i was done they called me to the back so
i hardly waited.The staff are extremely sweet i must say. Very understanding the first thing they did was take x rays and it was fast n she was gentle as can be while taking x rays lol. Then i met the dentist he got straight to the root of the problem hes extremely gentle with the anesthesia injection. I feel so much better A BIG thanks to him. I recommended my husband to him we finally found our dentist .
PS. Just some info for new patience you will not be seen if you do not call your insurance company and make him your dentist n it only takes 5 min ... so make sure you do before u visit .

It's a bit of a privilege to be a patient of Success Dentistry. There's (generally) no wait & the staff are very kind, courteous, and *tremendously* skilled in their work. Couldn't ask for a better dentist!

The female dentist was so very nice. The staff was also nice. Its a small practice but very friendly. If you are looking for a super high-tech ritzy place i wouldnt choose them but if you are looking for a small easy going office this is your place.

Another dentist at the office saw me for a basic cleaning. She was fast, efficient, very gentle and non-judgemental. I paid out of pocket and the cleaning was only $60. Great!

I could barely understand him, I visited his office mostly because of convenience of location, I now live even closer and will not return to this Dr. I needed to see a dentist to get an irritating tooth filled, that was my only tooth complaint. He did nothing with it, and told me I booked my appointment too late.

Definitely the roughest and least friendly dentist I've ever been to. I had to come here for an unexpected dental issue and my regular dentist didn't have any appointments soon enough, and this visit made me really wish I could have gone to my regular dentist instead! The front desk ladies here were awesome, but I definitely would never go again.
