The office is a small space with nice staff members. It’s clean and comfortable. I was not seen by the dentist that zocdoc had up on the website but another clinician. The clinician did a decent job and did the job pretty fast. I explained that I have sensitive teeth and I times I had to remind her. The only downside is that there is a high fee if you need certain procedure done which I thought my insurance covered.

I am a new patient. I am a senior. I was a little bit nervous. I had my previous dentist for 25 years. He is retiring. I had to Find a new dentist. It was a very nice positive experience. I got there. They were expecting me. The first person I saw was a dental technician. Patricia. She took my X-rays. And pictures of my teeth. She was very Nice. They immediately, I saw the Dentist. The Dr. Saw me and explain everything about my teeth. It was a very nice informative experience. She had very good manners. She was very gentle. Nothing hurt.
I will get back in 3 months.
I was happy. I made the right choice of going to see her.
I am going stay with her as my new dentist.

Everyone was kind except the Dentist (Dr. Aguilera). The tools that hold your mouth open in different positions for x-rays hurt a lot. Took like 45 min just to get x-rays. That’s never happened before - maybe that’s a benefit of going to tend, maybe their equipment doesn’t hurt your mouth.
Once x-rays were complete, the Dr. Aguilera came in and began working. She started by poking my gums around all of my teeth … I guess to see if they would bleed easily… that’s what it felt like. Just stabbing around. Then, she starting to clean between my teeth and scraped with no regard. The whole thing was painful and I’ve never had a painful dental appointment like that for a routine check up. She pulled on the saliva vacuum thing carelessly - honestly, felt like she was trying to make everything uncomfortable. If she wasn’t, she definitely didn’t care to apologize when I mentioned I was uncomfortable.

The dental hygienist and doctor are both extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I found all my questions to be answered. I also appreciated how she explained different things and informed me about my options. The cleaning was not too uncomfortable too! I would highly recommend. The office is also clean and beautifully designed.

Dr Aguilera and the iSmile team were incredible. I had an emergency detail appointment and they fit me in next day. Like so many, I have anxiety about the dentist's office and they were communicative and patient.
In addition, I live with several chronic pain disorders and am disabled. They were understanding and responsive to how my body processes pain and did everything they could not to exacerbate my pain response. In addition, they were accepting of my service dog in training, who experienced her first dental appointment.
I'm so thankful to find a nice dental office nearby that understands my needs and how to accommodate them. I have a follow up appointment in a month and feel comforted knowing how empathetic their team is.

I have always had anxiety comming to the dentist but Dr Aguilera was very patient with me and all my request. She made me feel very calm & secure. I will def. reccomend this place to all my peers.

Had a very pleasant experience. They got me in right away. They went above and beyond and asked questions to get me what I needed. I highly reccommend this place they have a great bedside manner. That is really hard to find. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.

Hands down the best dental experience of my entire life The office was very friendly and thoughtful. Dr. Aguilera was very knowledgeable and thorough. My procedure was so fast and painless I was extremely pleased. Will be comming back

The bedside manner was amazing. All the staff was very friendly and accomadating. I haven't been to a dental office in over 6 years and I did not feel judged here! I am looking forward to my next visit!
