“Highly recommended dentist. As soon as I walked in, the staff took me in right away for X-rays. Once those were done, Dr. Jay Patel reviewed them and shared his feedback. He was clear and direct, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
At one point, I asked about a cosmetic treatment, and instead of immediately recommending an in-office procedure, he advised me to first try over-the-counter options. He explained that if I wasn’t satisfied with the results, we could then explore other treatments. That approach really stood out to me, it showed that he genuinely cares about his patients and isn’t trying to push unnecessary costs.
The hygienist was also excellent, very gentle, kind, and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning and explained each step along the way.
If you’re looking for a friendly team and a knowledgeable, honest dentist, this is definitely a great place to go.”

The dentist is great but the office leaves much to be desired. It’s run down and the bathroom for patients looks like it’s under construction and there’s no paper towels. Plus, it’s hot. Very little air flowing through in the summer months.

The MA should definitely take care in cross contamination. Your hands should not be in the patients mouth, then you touch every living surface then come back to reposition the x-ray probe for
Imaging.

So my daughter is 17yrs old and cries with every doctor that comes near her. She’s just so nervous and scared of the unknown and cries. Dr Patel was so sincere and had wonderful bedside manner, as well as his staff. Booked the next appointment right then and there because he will definitely be out new dentist. Thank you so much !!
