It was a very relaxing environment. The staff was kind and knowledgeable about my dental issues. Dr. Balyan was very efficient, while being caring and thoughtful. The office manager worked with me about financial concerns. I am glad I found them!

The visit was horrible there was no one to greet me professionally and when i went to the back to see the doctor she didn't have my chart nor did she know my name and who i was exactly she also treated me badly when she found out that i was out of network the staff was not clean the tools that the doctor were attempting to use on me the staff walked by knocked them on the ground accidentally picked them up and did not place new ones there for me to use it was such a bad experience because no one was practicing cleanliness towards the staff. The doctor then argue me down saying that i was incorrect about what happened with the utensils that was dropped on the floor she did not want to give me any new supplies until after 3 min of making it an issue.

Very displeased. No one went over the extra services that I would need, I had to ask at checkout. I was informed that I had to pay for my cleaning and the manager, I assumed, waived the fee because I was not informed on what they were doing in the back while cleaning my teeth. Needless to say, I'm finding a new dentist who will involve ME in the process of what they are doing, not perform and expect me to pay without the slightest idea of what I'm paying for!

If my appointment ended with the receptionist it would have been pleasant one. However the main dentist.
Dr. Beylan was unprofessional.
She was a hour late returning from lunch. When she finally got a chance to see me she spent half the time talking with the patient (banker) next to me about how he can help her by looking pass paper work needed get her a $30,000.00 loan.

She is not professional at all. Treated as if I were not there in the same office. Would ask staff to ask me questions mind you "I'm sitting in the same room with her". ms. superiority was rude to hold personal conversations with her LATE staff member. while getting my teeth cleaned she would not care if she could tell you were in pain. I had to use my own hands to force to stop for a break because the pain was that discomforting. Almost a year later my teeth still don't feel the same and I still feel pain at time. Before going to Supriti I never had problems with my teeth. PLEASE think twice before booking an appointment here. Office needs to have a deep cleaning, DUST and dirt can clearly been seen. I will never go back.

I would never recommend anyone to this place! They didn't greet me, had no consideration for my time, wasn't clean was just rude. I was there for over an hour and all they did was X-rays and tried to make me ... (since i cant use pricing specifics) for something I had gotten done at another dentist. This was the worst experience i've ever had with a dentist.

First of all the first thing l noticed when l walked in the how unlcean the office was. There were cobb webs all over and it made wonder if their not clean upfront what more off in the back. There is absolutely no privacy in the cubicles its almost like a meat market in there. She took 5 mins to look at my teeth and didnt even sit to explain what l need done. She just asked her Assistance and Office manager to explain.
Now l know its got to be busy in the office but as least give me the opportunity to ask you questions and get a medical perspective of what l am dealing with. l wont be going back there!

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. However I would not recommend Supeiri Balyan as a dentist to anyone. Definitely not to anyone with children. My daughter is 17 she did not discuss or explain anything to her she doesn't appear to care about her patient at least not to my daughter. Wasn't a good visit at all.
