Front desk was super rude over the phone. She never listens to you. She just keeps saying whatever she needs to say. If an email has been submitted in the form . As a patient, we expect you to send out an email regarding requirements if any. I wonder why these front desks are super rude. If you need to make a good impression at least have a good front desk in your office.

This was my first visit. I was impressed how curious they were to assess carefully, treating my diagnostic opinions with due skepticism. That was a good thing too. I was mostly wrong. Very thorough and gentle. So far, very good.
