My daughter and I have been going to this dentist for about 5yrs now and we have never waited longer than 15mins if that.
Dr. Svetlana is always nice, pleasant and very professional. She never pushes her services on you, she does her job and then if you need extra work done she will inform you of what she thinks you should do or what you should get, but she never pushes her choices on you.
She's very relatable and understanding, she doesn't judge you or your teeth ????.
Every time that I have gone the receptionist is professional and the waiting area is always clean and quiet with nice relaxing music and something on the television.
I will continue to always go there.

I think i just scheduled my appt on a very busy evening because my wait was an hour and a half. The ladies at the front desk were both very nice and helpful..the waiting area was very clean as well..The dr apologized about my long wait and was very professional and kind...i was in her office less than ten minutes..my cleaning was super quick not sure if that is a good or bad thing ..i would recommend her

This was a very pleasant visit. As a new patient I was taken back quickly after my paperwork and met the doctor within minutes. I was happy to have the dentist get right to work and actually carry out my cleaning, it gave a personal touch instead of seeing the doctor only for a moment at the end of the visit once the dental hygienist is finished. She was quite gentle with my very sensitive gums and frequently asked how I was doing. Friendly, forward, complimentary, and clean- this office is a go to for the fast appointments and late availability. The only downside was paying out of pocket, I felt it was a very expensive cleaning in comparison to past offices.

The location and doctor were nice, but having to wait 40 minutes when I was the only patient there and the low quality facilities (chipped floor tiles, ugly green walls, and dirty restroom) will keep me from coming back here.

I was called an HOUR after my original appointment for a consultation (urgent visit) that was expected to take less than ten minutes if all went well. The doctor took x-rays (which it was unclear whether or not they were consulted, we did not review them together) and proceeded to try to upsell me to do a cleaning and focus on updating paperwork rather than focus on treatment. My mouth was examined for 30 seconds despite what I shared regarding my symptoms and I'm worried I may need to see a second provider. Would not go back.

Everyone is very nice and warm there however I had to wait too long and there were only two patients ahead of me. Dentist is very helpful in giving tips on how to beat take care of your teeth but the cleaning was way too quick and there was still stuff in my teeth afterwards. Wouldn’t go back
