The office staff is quick, competent, and friendly -- they always use my name when I walk in, and are ready for me when I am on my way out. The hygienists and assistants have been stellar, and all skilled with what has been my challenging case. Dr. Roberts is a talented, confident, and eminently qualified practitioner. I appreciate the frank, clear way he communicates with me, and as much as I generally dislike dentistry, my long road to oral health would not have begun without the approach of this entire office. I had several extractions done yesterday, and when it was over, they adjusted my portion of the bill down more than 60% because the procedures were easier than they expected. I would never have known the difference, so this honesty is truly a sign of their professional ethics. Highly recommended, folks.

In his spare time, Dr. Tom enjoys acrobatic flying, scuba, and travel. He always looks forward to meeting new patients and discovering their passions in life.

I've been going to Tom for 32 years and he has done many crowns and fillings and a bridge for me. There have been a few times I was traveling or living in another part of the country and I went to other dentists. The other dentists have always commented on the excellent work that was done.
In addition, Tom is very personable and really cares about his patients. I had some very traumatic experiences with dentistry as a child and Tom has helped me move past much of my fear.
You will love your experience with Tom and his team!

Well, I think I had a splendiferous visit with Dr Roberts. He knew exactly what I needed. Listened to my concerns, and at this visit I was seen very promptly. jam, the tech who worked with me was fast and exact and fun to be around. She and Dr Roberts were great and I recommend them highly.

It's always a nice vacation for me to go into this office for treatment. All the staff are so wonderful and his work is impeccable. I put so much trust in Dr. Roberts I would be afraid to go to anyone else. I was especially impressed when Steve Carbaugh, who created my new 6 upper front teeth, was there in the office to see his handiwork. It says a lot of Dr. Roberts to have him there to assess and see his finished product in my mouth. He also did a fantastic job. This office is the most personable I have been to for dental care and I have been going to a dentist for over 60 years! They all care about their patients/clients!

Everyone is so incredibly personable and professional and I've already given referral cards to 3 co-workers of mine and given Reese the hygienist and Dr. Roberts glowing recommendations.
They believe in continuing education so they are trained in the latest dental advancements, which is important to me. They also believe in making sure the patients are well informed on all their options, but ultimately can choose what course of treatment to pursue. This made me feel empowered, and like they have my best interests at the front of their minds.
The other really nice part about this office is how fast I could get an appointment.

I was very apprehensive because I was having was my first cavity filled and very nervous about the needle. Dr. Roberts made me feel better by telling me of his personal dental fears and helped me to relax. The appointment went very quick and painless.

Dr Roberts knows how good he is. He's not a blowhard but can come off as pushy and make some people feel uncomfortable. I know this because he made me uncomfortable a couple times and made my coworker very upset.
He is an expert and has the experience to assume he is right. Unfortunately, not everyone is independently wealthy and have to make some decisions based on finances. It would be nice if instead of him shrugging it off he was more sympathetic.
He might have more time for sympathy if he had more than 30 seconds to talk when your mouth isn't filled with instruments. It comes off as feeling like I'm traveling down an assembly line.
Again, that said, he's a really good doctor who's heart is in the right place and has excellent staff. I would encourage anyone I know to get preventative care and major work done at his office.
Also, I like him and his staff very much. They are very personable. Oh, and when he's in the right mood it's hard not to laugh through a whole procedure. =)

The dental assistant could have informed me that I might have a "gag" reflex before inserting the dental mouth piece for fitting for night guard. Other than that she was "ok."
