About Dr. Hyunjung Shin

After practicing dentistry on both the East and West Coasts, Dr. Shin recognized a recurring theme: dentists need to do a better job listening to, educating, and empathizing with patients' needs. Therefore, he decided to join this practice to provide personalized care for his patients that is transparent and caring. Dr. Shin earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University. He completed a Residency in General Practice at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He also had the privilege of serving as a faculty member at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. During his time in New York, he had the opportunity to work with patients with special needs, which remains one of his proudest moments.
